Never again
This was, without a doubt, the worst iced matcha I have ever had. On a day over 30°C, I ordered an iced matcha with coconut milk. I didn’t mind the high price, as long as the quality matched.
To my surprise, I saw the staff member use leftover matcha from a bowl sitting next to him and add only a small amount to a cup that was mostly filled with ice. The result was a watery, extremely bitter drink with almost no matcha flavor at all. The cup was not even properly filled.
The service was not rude, but it was very impersonal and not particularly welcoming. Since payment was required before preparation, I had no opportunity to reconsider my order after seeing how it was made.
I took a few sips because I was thirsty, but ended up throwing the rest away. For this price, I expected a freshly prepared, high-quality iced matcha. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

This is not the experience that we want our customers to have. I will redirect your review to my colleague who is in charge of the communication between headquarters and the stores. He will contact the store in Amsterdam to ensure that this will not happen again.
