All bad, long delivery time, more than a month, bait and switch, tiny, cheap plastic lanterns not large glass lanterns like advertised. Flooded with ads after purchase. Never buy from this company.

false advertising, overpriced and gunk, don't buy!!

I have to agree with all the bad reviews. I first purchased the lanterns on INSTAGRAM. Received the shipment that wasn’t anything close to the ones on their website.
I then saw another post that said if you received the small, cheap plastic ones “you have been scammed “
So I ordered from them and I WAS SCAMMED AGAIN.
Learn from my stupidity DO NOT BUY THESE!!!

DON’T BUY FROM HERE! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The product I received did not match the images shown online, and I was originally told that my return postage would be covered. However, after I sent the item back (at a cost of £23), I was informed that they do not cover postage. Avoid!

Shockingly poor quality products.
Do NOT be sucked in by their advertising.
The products look nothing like what's advertised.
The solar lights are 100% plastic with cheap opaque plastic, not see through glass as advertised and are about a third of the size advertised.
Zero level of customer service, other that to suggest I could return the shoddy items to China!!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I wished I had read the reviews before I placed an order. I have the same issues as everyone else. I ordered the buy 4 and get 4 free - I received only 1 - it only took 6 weeks to receive from China - not Texas as advertised. The picture is very deceptive. The lantern fits in the palm of my hand and is made of opaque plastic. Very disappointed! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This company is bogus!

Never received their item and have emailed there customer service more than 10 times and they keep telling me the same thing to check with my neighbors. Horrible customer service

I emailed the company but when the reply came back , my email provider said-DO NOT OPEN. REPLY CONTAINS A VIRUS.
I tried to contact the 3rd party pay vendor WHOP who processed the payment after they emailed asking to review Kaliqo
But the review couldn't be done and I have been unsuccessful contacting them.
If I ever receive what I ordered I will certainly amend this review. Until then- do NOT order

Long delivery time, over 3 weeks, and not able to track, yet they bombard me with emails to buy more. No chance! Reviews of product worry me.

Thoroughly disappointed with my purchase not as advertised nothing like the picture … money back guarantee , when tried to return was told I had to cover shipping back to China , on their website it CA USA ….sent screenshots of their refund policy on their website and was told it’s changed now sorry for the confusion!!
Thought I had done my homework with this company !! Wish I had saw these reviews ….. DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They lie from beginning to end. First, they say there is a money-back guarantee and show a California return address. This is not true. Even though that is what is on their website, they say that address is no longer functional and I must return them to China. And the lanterns don't look ANYTHING like the pictures, which have them large and quality looking. Also, it took 6 weeks to get my product. 6 weeks. An absolute sham. Why can these places even exist? Do NOT ever buy from Instagram.

These are MUCH smaller than shown and made of very cheap materials.

A total scam! Does not resemble product shown. Very tiny cheap plastic light. Took two months for delivery. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company!!! Sure wish I would have seen these reviews on Trustpilot before ordering this trash from china.

Only received one. Still dealing with customer service asking me for the packaging so they can track as to what went wrong. Their product looks like it's 18 in tall but in reality it is only 11 inches including the cord. They do state this in their ad in very small print but the graphic showing the lantern gives it the appearance that it is much much larger. They even stayed the size in centimeters first and inches second. This further confuses the buyer. Do not waste your money

The order took a month to arrive. I was so disappointed when I opened the package and saw I have been scammed. The size based on the marketing photos is nothing like it shows. The quality and materials are cheap.
A very misleading marketing campaign. Even though they mention the actual size the lantern dimensions include the height of the rope handle not just the lantern itself.

Very small, cheaply made. Do not buy.

Lanterns shown are not what is delivered. Tiny frosted globes--no flame whatsoever. Asked for a refund, They say send it back to China, bit they won't provide a shipping label. It came to me through "Jerry Yasfbara,9208 Charles Smith Ave,Rancho Cucamonga
