I like the ability to have four plugins when traveling. Most hotels never have enough plugs to cover all my needs.

If I had known it would take so long to get delivered, would have gotten a better product from a local store. It appears the charger was made in China and sent by slow boat to the Nederlands followed by another slow boat to the US. Seems to me the charger would have gone faster directly from China to the US. The charger was very flimsy and the ports were slanted. Took 5 minutes to go from 25% charged to 27%. Actually slower than my nice solid, heavy charger that obviously has the heavier components need to fast charge. Now the charge level is going backwards. Went to 28% and now down to 26%. I would give this an unqualified “UNACCEPTABLE”. What do I need to do to get my money back.

The product arrived safely and in good condition. Sturdily built. Plugged it in and it charged my phone perfectly. Thank you

You have delivery problem taking too long most other company’s take less time in transit 5 to 6 days.

I was informed every step of the way about where my package was. It showed up.right on time.

The experience was ok but the item took over a month to get here.
