I ordered a koala that does not do anything. I've tried sending emails but have failed 4x. There were absolutely NO instructions that came with him. To pay $29.95 for an item that does NOT WORK, and for no other communication available, no phone number, this company gets the lowest rating possible.

Looks cheap. Does not move like shown. The breathing is loud and more stressful than relaxing. Causes more anxiety than helping. DO NOT BUY!

The noise is too loud to sleep. Customer service will not reply. No instructions came with the koala. Save your money.

The koala breathing item is a joke! The breathing sounds nothing like breathing and the motor on the thing is so loud that my dog runs away from it. It didn’t come with any instructions, and the cover for the battery compartment was just laying loose on the bag and nowhere near the battery pack. This thing is a major ripoff!

I ordered item that never arrived. Customer service was terrible.
I had no idea company was in France- very deceptive marketing and horrible customer service.
To date I have had no resolution. I hope this information saves future customers from being ripped off.

Very cheap and doesn't work. Tried different batteries. DOES NOT WORK. Checked the return policy, and I'd have to mail it back to France!!! DO NOT ORDER THIS.

Great company to deal with. I had a few questions about tracking and they answered my emails immediately. The koala bear is well made. Worked like a charm. Only had it for a day but have to say I kinda felt my body shutting down. Can’t wait to use it tonight.

I liked the quick delivery and the quality of the product. However the mecanism is very noisy and the price a little bit high.
It was a Christmas gift for my sister and she enjoyed it very well.

This pet is awfull !
It isn't soft, it is small and makes a terrible engine noise while breathing.
Impossible to rest, relax or fall asleep with it.

So dispointed !

I think that, when the koala is breathing, it makes too much noise and it can be sometimes difficult (especially for children) to fall asleep. It may be better to lower the noise of breathing.
And the other thing to change is perhaps to install a timer because, to me, the breathing is not long enough. It makes people feel better but is not too long to feel asleep.
Except these 2 points, I really love my koala!!!

The service support was reactive

It's nice and soothing although the motor running the breathing is a bit noisy. Pity the breathing doesn't stop automatically after a moment.

Delivery went well.
The koala is lovely, but very noisy ( even when you reduce the level) , and the tummy stopped going up and down within an hour . I'm keeping it but a little disappointed.
