I had a fantastic experience dealing with Diana Konopecka, who handled my insurance policy. From the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions, taking into account that I had some difficulty with concentration at the time due to therapy.
Diana took the time to clearly explain the details of my cover, ensuring I fully understood my options before making any decisions. What really stood out was her attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. She also helped me include my teenage children in my insurance policy at no additional cost, with the same level of cover and benefits - something I wasn’t aware I was eligible for. I am extremely grateful to her for highlighting this and making the process so straightforward.
Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such a strong expertise with a genuinely helpful and friendly approach.

I was going to write a review on the service from Kalon Fanancial
and to be fair, I’m not surprised to see 5-star ratings. I had a great experience with Kalon - Manas, Dipen and especially Dhruv. Dhruv worked incredibly hard to secure the funding I needed and I personally believe his perseverance was unwavering where many other Financial Advisors would likely have given up, he kept pushing and didn’t stop until he found a solution.

Throughout the whole process, his dedication never wavered. It wasn’t just professional support either during a stressful time: he was a counsellor, a therapist and even a friend when I needed one. His patience, reassurance and genuine care made all the difference. I’m truly grateful for everything he did and will and I have recommended Kalon for financial services.
