Disappointed that no (elementary) manual was included and that it was not explained that free on-line trainings are available for this camera.

I just bought the Canon R6 in the shop at Brussels Etterbeek, and everything was very easy. The only drawback is that it was an exposition model, but they offered to order a new one if I wanted.

Ignored by customer service for trying to get help.

I try to order some equipment from Kamera Express and had a problem with the cart ordering system (It says I got free delivery but said that it was "incompatible with their system". I contacted two Kamera Express agents. They said they could help me and will send on payment links. I never heard anything back. Tried to contact them, nothing heard back. Awful service, couldn't tell if I was chatting to bots or actual people.

Avoid this company, save your time, go to other competitors.

I have contacted your colleague about getting the items and ask for updates of the shipment as it went along. They assured me they will be sent as soon as they're available. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for confirmation of shipment. It has been 2 months since the original order I put in. I might ask for a refund now cause its getting quite silly with wait times.

Happy with the purchase of our new mirrorles camera at kamera express. The camera was delivered very fast! Plus the price was lower than on other sites in Belgium (no delivery fee).
For now I am very happy with my purchase.
I do not have any experience with their support, so I can't write anything about that. Hopefully it stays this way :)
