I've been buying my camera gear with Kamera Express for a few years now, and superhappy with their customer service!

Today I bought the Sony a7RIII A camera at the store in Ghent. I received very detailed, professional help and advice.

I love the service Kamera Express offers.

I`ve been a client to Kamera Express since few years but this year I contact Kamera Express with the intention to make a leasing for camera Sony A7IV. They respond quikly enough by my emails considering that was also Black Friday period. Finaly, after they respond on each my questions, I decide to make the leasing of the camera. I was in their store from Gent where the responsable for leasing was verry nice and all the documents was signed verry quick. (Marc I think was his name). Finaly... I have now a verry good camera and much better than what I have before (I own 3 Sony A7III).
Conclusion... I totaly recommend this store... Kamera Express Gent.

Last saterday, I was very happy with the service of the people in the Kamera-Express shop at Wilrijk (Antwerpen). They helped me to test if a 65inch OLED tv (LG OLED65C25LB) would fit into my car. So before buying the television, they put the television in my car. Afterwards I paid the product. Those people were very customer focussed !! Many thanks

I asked to set aside some products so that I could pick them up at a physical store. Friendly workers through email and IRL. Good service overall.

I bought a Sony A7RV at Kamera Express Antwerp. I had pre-ordered it online and after the payment I quickly got a mail to come and get my equipment. The salesperson at the store was very friendly and after some red tape I soon walked out, satisfied with my new 'toy'.
For me, a stills photographer, who mainly shoots landscapes, people and wildlife, this RV is a big step up from my old A7RII.
The camera is a bit chunkier and I feel it lies better in the hand. The construction materials seem quite sturdy and feel pleasant to the touch.
A few major improvements over my RII include the new screen, wonderfully versatile, with its improved resolution and it's a touchscreen now!
The new EVF is bright and its high resolution shows the world in all its beautiful details.
The menu system has been vastly improved and although the number of options seem to have 'exploded', I find it quite logical to navigate and it is quite easy to customize it.
The star capability of this camera is of course the focusing system. I've briefly tested it on people and some animals and it seems to be very fast to focus and it's very sticky.
So far I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase.

Bought a Canon RF 100-500mm f4.5-7.1 is usm in the Kamera Express show in Mechelen (Foto Nelissen). Top lens and equally top quality service at Foto Nelissen. They gave me the opportunity to test several lenses during an extensive outdoors shoot prior to the purchase. Highly recommendable shop.

Good shop with lots of products available from different brands, as well as Digital Camera's as Reflex, with a diversity of Lenses within different price ranges. The seller was very patient and helpfull to explain and help with his 20 years of experience. We had a good time together and the coffee was great :) After all, its a lot of money these days for camera's so you want to make the best choice for your needs and your money and that's what you can find in this shop and not online. I bought a Canon R3 camera in the store of Foto Nelissen in Mechelen last month.
Very satisfied with this store where I was well helped by their explanations and tips.
The R3 has a brilliant AF. and thus offer a high return on quality images.

I bought a Canon R6 and a 85 mm F2 at Foto Nelissen in Mechelen. I ordered this camera at the Photodays and prompt received a mail that my order was ready for pick up. The experience at Foto Nelissen was excellent, fast and professional.

Bought a Sony A7 III in the shop in Mechelen.
Good shop with a clear explanation between the different camera types and brands. fast delivery/immediate delivery for stock products (which are a lot of cameras and lenses!)

Today I went to Kamera Express in Antwerp to pick up my new Canon r7 body.
I was helped by Steven who explained me very well about my new purchase, he also pointed out the extra warranty extension regarding my purchase.
