Really fast shipping, quality of the shirt, incredibly soft, very happy overall

Although I have not received my order yet, I'm still giving 5 stars, here's why:
There was an issue in shipping with my original order. Not on Kamioji's part, but on the USPS side. Tracking indicated that the package was basically lost once it arrived at my local post office. I reached out to Kamioji via their customer service email address. Most places now days use AI to sort through their customer service emails, so I figured just asking for a refund would be the easiest and most straight forward solution. I assumed wrong. In less than an hour, Tom emailed be back apologizing for the inconvenience (even though it wasn't Kamioji's fault) and through email correspondence he offered to send a replacement shirt. No fuss, no muss. I just received a follow up email from Tom letting me know my new order is on it's way and provided me with the new tracking number. There was even a little personal touch in his last email. This is what customer service should be. Kamioji clearly makes a great effort to service their customers and that is a lost art these days. I can't wait to get my shirt, and Kamioji has earned themselves a new loyal customer just based on this customer service interaction. Thank you again, Tom!

Shirt is a good quality cotton that withstands washing. It's also about an inch longer than the rest of my t-shirts, which is unexpected, but I like it! When there was a question about my shipping address, someone emailed me to make sure they had it right before sending it off. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing brand, material is top notch, feels so soft, not too thin, so comfortable! And the designs are to die for, so many different options I’m in love!! Bought various items from tops, jumpers to hoodies and all are beyond my expectations. And the different sizes is amazing, I’ve never found a brand that does my style in bigger sizes that are comfortable till now and I couldn’t be more happy!!! Will be a returning customer.
