I received my order. It's not what I ordered. Can I exchange it for the wig I ordered? The wig I got is much to long. I won't be ordering any thing else from Kamiwigs. Very disappointed.

I wish I had looked into these reviews before I ordered a wig. I am having surgery in 2 weeks to and needed a wig. It took them a month to ship my product. They charged my bank account before they shipped it. The color was all wrong, it was a horrible fit, it was a stringy look and it was so thin you could see thru the cap. They advertise 100%
Guarantee. I notified them the very day I received it and now I cannot get my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A BACK ALLEY SWEAT SHOP.

Same experience as others. You place the order, they send totally different colors, not even close to your requested color, wigs are very badly and poorly made. Like Halloween costume grade if that. Then they respond trying to get you to keep them and refund you 20% of the cost. Refused. I wanted full refund. I finally had to say I would pay full shipping to return the product to China. I still have not received my refund! Do Not Buy from these people! It’s a scam!!

Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing from Kami Wigs! Exactly as others have experienced, they sent 2 wigs totally different than what I ordered and the quality was like cheap Halloween wigs. Their response to my complaint was that they offered me a 20% refund, which would have left me paying "only" $50 for items I don't want or need, and that they would make sure this didn't happen again but obviously this is their regular business practice. Then they wanted me to leave a positive review. Total scam! Do Not Buy from this horrible company.

Like everyone’s comments I have read this definitely is a scam. I ordered a what was supposed to have been a name brand wig ,Jaqueline Smith it was all different lengths and a matted mess. Wrong color wrong wig

This company is a scam and they are liars. After so many back and forths I started a complaint through PayPal and got more money back. Still not what I should have but I wanted this disaster to be over. They will send you whatever wigs they feel like and then do nothing about it. Stress this cancer patient didn't need.

Do not order from Kami Wigs!!! I think this is a scam. They send wrong wig and then will not refund your money. They offer for you to keep the wrong wig and they will give a partial credit. I told them I wanted the correct wig or a full refund. They said they did not have the correct wig and did the whole keep-the-wig partial credit scam. Please do not send money to this company. You will not get it back.

I did not write this comment below the Chinese company did. It is all lies they are scam artists and liars. took over 30 days to receive the wig, it was the wrong color so poorly made it was just ugly!! I emailed them to get a refund they wouldn’t give me my full refund. I can’t do anything about it because it a Chinese company. I posted this on Facebook too. It’s so sad that there are so many people who are willing to cheat and lie to make a buck!!

Horrible wig poor quality, cannot style, poor fit

I ordered a wig and never got it. I have lost my hair due to illness which is heartbreaking enough without being ripped off. I am going to spread the word in all of my hair loss groups.

Do not trust this company!! Every review is spot on - exactly what happened to my mother. Two wigs were ordered and both the color and length was incorrect on both wigs. Company sends email saying they cant give a refund but will honor a discount?! We don't want the random wigs they sent. This would be no different than ordering a size Small Skirt and receiving a size 5XL pair of pants in the mail - Useless! All we requested was for them to send us a prepaid shipping label so we could return the wigs that we DID NOT order or want and for them to send the correct wigs since this was a mistake on their end. They will not send the correct wigs or honor a refund!! Its the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen or heard of.. I own an e-commerce site and if I messed up an order than I would take full responsibility, I'm still waiting for a response via email but have not heard back from anyone. If anything changes and they do the right thing and respond back and honor the refund, then I will retract my review.

It is not stated on their site that it comes from China. Very deceptive and impossible to get your money back plus very poor quality and color as others have stated. BEWARE !!!

I bought a short blonde wig and received a dark auburn wig. Not even close to what I ordered. The company is not reputable, in my opinion and should not be doing business!

Garbage company. Looks legitimate but just a scam to get your cash and send crappy merchandise. Used PayPal and they were no help. I won’t use them again for anything. DON’T FALL FOR THIS BS. Shame on these jerks.

Company is a sham. The wigs look like a $5 Halloween wig. PayPal will only refund money if I pay Shipping costs to China.

Wished I would have done more research on this so called company. Ordered two wigs that were supposed to arrive in 7-12 days got them 6 weeks later. Nothing like the picture of what I ordered. Wrong colors and poorly made. Asked to return them, took a month for a response. Sent everything they asked for. Got a response another month later telling me they could give me a 20% discount coupon on my next order and keep the wigs oh and they want me to send a good review.👎just want my money back. Of course no response. I guess the old saying if it's too good to be true it's not. PLEASE do not buy from this "company "

I received on 1/22/2020 a dark short hair wig.
The color is dark and the one I ordered was a blonde color. The length is shorter than the one ordered also.

When I placed a claim with PayPal, they requested that I returned the item and then they would refund the entire amount. As you can imagine shipping to China, it will cost more than the wig itself. This made me think that what they are doing is not “selling wigs” but “Money Laundry”.
Also, based on PayPal response and having themselves headquarters in Philippines, I realize that these companies don’t care about what they sell or if it is right or wrong. These companies are doing “money laundry”.

On January 4, 2020, I ordered two wigs from this site (kamiwigs.com). I paid $68.74 for the two. I should have known better! They have yet to send me my products. I have emailed them numerous times (with my order number) and they have not helped me at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I'm sure I'll never get the wigs I ordered and therefore have lost $68.00 that I could have spent on a more reputable site.

Kamiwigs is a total ripoff!!! They are criminal scammers. They send you the wrong wig in the wrong style and color then haggle about the return. I finally escalated to PayPal and they say I will get my full credit but I have pay $23 in return shipping to China and supply the tracking number. PayPal is letting them get by with this and PayPal continues to provide payment services instead of shutting them down! Something is wrong here.
