Excellent customer service! Had a return to make and I could talk to someone fast and have a solution proposed. The employee was very kind and helpful.

I ordered 2 bathing suits, the first was large bottom & medium top. The 2nd was the same size top & bottom. I needed to exchange the medium on the first swimsuit. The 2nd product was too small and needed to do a complete return on that one. By which in no way was this Kamoni fault. Not do they have great customer service, but they asked I keep the order to donate, and they would ship the exchange and the new product I picked out!!! Great Customer Service!!

Quick delivery! Some of the tops/bottoms didn't fit but customer service was very responsive and replaced the pieces without returning the items and only charged 10.99 for shipping. One top didn't come in the larger size but they let pick an entire bikini set in place of 1 piece.

Shopping is easy, material is great and soft.
In case of a wrong size, they can switch it up. Fast shipping.

The many options to mix and match which is the hardest part for my body type. You guys made it easy

The suits I ordered are good quality. I would suggest ordering a size up. I did have to exchange a few items, but that was simple and easy!

I ordered May 28 and have been tracking my package since I got the tracking number. Went great until it was suppose to deliver Friday June 7 and I get an email stating it could not deliver due to wrong address (yes I forgot my apartment #) but the address still goes to the main office so I have a feeling they didn’t even attempt to deliver. I saw it went back to my local PO. Had planned to get it the following day. Glad I checked the tracking number and I see it’s being sent back to sender! If they “attempt” to deliver and it fails, your package will be “disposed of” and you’ll never get it back. I’ve been back and forth between my PO and the PO it was disposed of to. Yes, my anger is mostly at my PO for sending it back so fast but the company has their packages ordered to be disposed of if unable to deliver. Now I’m without my package and out of my money as well! Please send me what I paid for and I’ll pay shipping if that’s what it takes. Their customer service did reply ONCE since then stating to call the PO and see if I can pick it up. Umm I live in KANSAS. Package is in ILLINOIS. Can’t exactly do that. Make it right or I will be disputing the charges.

I am beyond satisfied with the quality of Kamoni swim suits! On top of there excellent customer service, resolved my shipping issue and maybe the process so smooth! 10/10 will be buying from again

I loved the quality and design of the product. When I needed to exchange sizes, the customer service was very helpful, polite and fast to respond.

Bikinis were ordered too small and a larger size replacement was easy.

This is not a reputable company. I ordered two bikinis. Cut of the bottoms do not suit me and am unable to return due to costs of returning to USA. Which was not clear on returns policy.

I have contacted the company multiple times and now met with silence.

I can see other has same experience and company responses are suggesting errors on customers behalf. That is not the case.

I love that I can get a bathing suit set and order different sizes! I hate trying to match tops and bottoms online.

The sizes were just as advertised and great quality for the cost! Will return for more swimwear.

I really liked the suits so I went thru the exchange process, everything was super easy and the team was fast at responding and getting my order out .
