At Kandu Fitness we offer a comprehensive system that includes training, nutrition, accountability, courses on habit building, stress reduction, sleep management, along with Yoga, mobility training and prehab/rehab exercises to ensure you get the most out of your training. We offer in person training at our facility in Orange County, CA, and two tiers of online training; a) Team KANDU is our online training platform targeted for the Gen-X population that is a monthly membership platform designed to give you no BS information, training and coaching at a low cost. b) Our 1-1 online custom program called Project Gen-X is a state of the art 100% custom program designed to drastically improve the quality of your life. We start with blood testing and hormonal analysis before moving into a complete system to transform your life. Bottom line is we want you to get results and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure it happens. Our goal is to become the number 1 option for online training in the world and we won't rest until that happens.
