Shocking experience!! The number given wasn’t answered when I called 30 mins from the airport: I had to make another arrangement to park elsewhere, at huge cost and inconvenience. The driver did eventually call 30 mins after I was due to meet him and I haven’t been offered a refund yet…

A the time of dropping the car I had no problems. However, when I picked my car, I had to wait 45 minutes even though I call them 30 minutes before. When I picked my car it was not clean, there were empty envelopes on the floor. A few days later, I received a penalty for driving within the ULEZ and not having paid the fee (dated from the day before to my arrival). I have tried to claim this and they are ghosting me. Extremely disappointed with the service, at the end I payed more than if I would have hired a well known and more expensive company.

They lost our keys and we waited two and a half hours until they found them. I had to call them to find out what the delay was.
A right mess in my car upon return
The state of my car when I got back was shocking, there was mud everywhere on the driver side floor. There was also rubbish on the passenger seat so I can only imagine what they have been up to whilst they had my car. In hindsight I regret not taking a picture of the mileage and fuel. I know for next time not to book this company and suggest you don't either.

Item stolen from car! On return I noted my sunglasses had been stolen from the car (sadly expensive ones given as a present by my wife). On emailing they stated 'we do not have visibility or control over the condition or contents of the interior during the parking period', so your vehicle is not secure! Do not use this company and if you do, make sure you take anything remotely valuable out of the car.
Zero trust with a pinch of vandalism thrown in
After providing all times, flight detals and calling upon arrival my car was still not there and I had to wait for over 45 mins which defeats the meet & greet service. More importantly my glove compartment was broken open and mechanism all broken and all contents on the floor of my vehicle with no explanation, when I called to complain for them to rectify and reimburse me for this I was told to email which I have 3 times providing photos etc and zero response. Never again.!!!

Waited 25 minutes, was told we would be called when car was on its way. Called them back 25 mins later and it had been dumped in car park with key left on wheel.
Both the glove box and centre arm rest console had been rifled through with contents left outside of the compartments.
Do not trust this company, they should be shut down.

I would probably give a zero rating. We have been waiting for 1 hour but there is no news of the car or the driver. They stopped picking up the phone as well after 20 mins. This is awful. Please never book with them.
Update on the review. Got the car after 2.5 hrs. Excuse is traffic. We saw absolutely no traffic on the way back. Terrible experience

Awful service. Phoned once got my bags and was told 20mins which is standard.
Made my way to the car park.
Twenty mins was untrue. When called they said they would call me back they didn't.

In short they lie. Trip computer on the car told me it had only been going for 27 mins when it got in it
1hr 40 min wait times
They were late by an hour on arrival so in the end I had to leave my key on the wheel for them to collect. Then arrived 1hr 40mins after I initially messaged them to say I’d arrived home. V frustrating and the most annoying part was the lack of communication. Kept telling me they were just 15 mins away.
Absolutely shocking - DO NOT USE!
Absolutely shocking! Please don't use them. I paid the additional cancellation fee of £1.99. I cancelled within the correct time frame in April. I still have not received a promised acknowledged refund. I am shocked after reading the other appalling reviews that Heathruw allows them to operate within the airport parking umbrella. I will be taking this further. It is simply theft.

Do not use Kangaroo parking. They are awful. Unfortunately I booked using another company name which is operated by them. The level of customer service is as bad as I've experienced. They keep you waiting and rude when you ask where they are? Over 45 minutes isn't acceptable for a meet and great.
Reading reviews after I experienced issues with them, a similar pattern appears. I haven't a clue where our car was parked, but what I do know is they disconnected the dashcam so it couldn't be reviewed.
My advice, pay the extra for a better piece of mind and avoid these jokers.

AVOID them at all costs. The state of my car when I returned to collect was disgusting. They had the liberty to drink and smoke weed and vape in my car. I found cans of bear and a vape and it stank. I emailed with a complaint and pictures, but they have not responded.

I would never choose to have dealings with Kangaroo Parking because of their poor office practices. I don’t know how they received my email address, but for several months they have been plaguing me with emails offering ‘Great Savings’ or ‘Save £££’ or ‘20% off’ or the like. All my attempts at stopping the emails have been unsuccessful. Emailing Kangaroo results in a reply saying, “Your ticket has been closed. We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email.” If I do reply it results in another identical response.
If a business cannot even answer an email in a courteous and intelligent way I would certainly never trust them to take care of my car. Meanwhile their emails every three days will be filtered out as spam.

Great meet & greet service. The team were punctual, polite, and efficient, which saved us a lot of time at the airport. Car came back exactly as we left it.
