Terrible

Terrible - not cost effective- meet and greet with no meet or greet - quicker to get public transport home and we live over an hour away from the airport - AVOID

Use this parking company at your peril

Use this parking company at your peril! Car drop off, we rang as requested 30 mins before arrival and the driver was still another 30mins before arriving to collect the car. Very frustrating when you want to drop and go.
When we got back we rang to collect car once cases collected, we were told that the car would be 30 mins. I expressly asked if it was going to be longer please tell me as we have experienced other companies being longer than told, but was reassured it was 30 mins. 35 mins later I rang back and was told another 15mins, then after that the driver rang and was another 10 mins, therefore a total of 1 hour to get my car back. Having stood in the cold for 30mins after a long flight when you want to go home is not fun!
In addition I do not know how far the parking is from the airport but the car had been driven 30 miles since drop off, therefore 15 miles away, no wonder it takes nearly an hour to get your car back.

Kangaroo cowboys

On return today our car was dropped off covered in bird droppings and dirt. Guy got out of the car, handed me keys and disappeared. This was waiting for over an hour for the car to be returned.
My mistake that I never recorded my mileage when I dropped it off as looking at the mess it was in I’m sure it had been driven more than to where they park it. Looking at other meet and greet firms it was apparent that they are far more professional than Kangaroo parking.
Cowboy parking more like.

Stay away from these crooks!

Stay away from these crooks!
They make you pay the car park exit fee on your arrival/drop off and at collection, so it doesn’t make them any cheaper.
On return it took an hour from calling in the baggage hall to delivery of the car. It was dirty and I’m convinced it had been driven about- can’t prove that- the reputable companies warned us while we were waiting about multiple complaints.

Extremely Disappointed – Car Damaged and Poor Customer Service

I had a very bad experience, far below any reasonable expectations. My car was scratched while in their care — something that simply should not happen in a professional service. I contacted customer service immediately, but it took them nearly three weeks to respond, and only after I sent multiple emails and made several calls.
Their response? No apology, just said that I book a repair at a garage they work with near Heathrow - ONE option!!! It is more than 2 hours drive from me, so I won't go there obviously. I'm now left with a repair bill of several hundred pounds.
Absolutely terrible service and unacceptable handling of the issue. If you're trusting them with your vehicle — think twice.

AVOID THEM! BAD SERVICE!! DAMAGED OUR CAR!

Our car was returned to us completely covered in bird droppings and debris. When we contacted them, they conveniently claimed to be just booking agents and refused to take any responsibility for where the cars are parked. As a result, our car now has bird poop etching on it that won't come off without a polish or a new paint job. We waited nearly an hour calling them to arrange for the car to be collected, and when we finally reached them, they had left our car in a corner of the parking lot with the key placed on the front wheel. To make matters worse, I had to drive a two-hour journey home, hardly able to see clearly through the windshield because it was so badly covered in mess. It was an absolute hazard. They clearly don’t care! I wouldn’t recommend using them!

scammers do not use them stay away from…

scammers do not use them stay away from these guys!.. they used my car while I was on holidays, got my car involved in an accident, didn't tell me anything about it, didn't offer me any help or assistance. dropped the car off at the airport all damaged. refused to see me face to face. didn't give me a post code for their office. after researching about them myself, the carpark doesn't exist.

Driver was late to bring my car
He went over speed limit and made me get 3points on my licence and a fine of £100.I wrote them an email and till today no feedback. Use them at your own risk

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had used their service for 2 weeks and it seemed very sketchy from the get go. I had left £24 on my glove box and this was stolen when they returned the car. I called and was told they would look into it but I'm yet to have a response. Avoid this company at all costs and just pay a little extra to go with someone else.
