Move from Milton Keynes UK to Frankfurt Germany
1 star less because of:
Change the quoted price within one week. It suddenly was 150£ more.
Didn’t say upfront that I needed to send them an extra 500€ to pass the border control customs. When everything is fine you get your money back. Which I did.
You can get help to fill the custom forms for 200£.
The driver picking up the boxes didn’t move a finger. I was alone going up and down the stairs.
Now for the positive things.
I still did got a competitive price.
The communication with them was very good, they were very responsive to my emails.
My 500€ did got refunded from customs.
The driver wo arrived in Frankfurt was very helpful and helped a lot.
My boxes arrived safe and very quickly.
I would book them again.

100% recommended. This company is brilliant, and will, without hesitation, be our go-to going forward. Our move from the UK to Italy was quick, seamless and exceptionally well-priced (our quote was half that of almost all of the other companies we received quotes from). The driver appointed to us was great, arrived super quickly, and even helped us unload all of our boxes (with great care I'd add). Super efficient removal from the UK to Germany in just 36 hours.
Receiving a quote and arranging things was beyond a breeze. I was able to get confirmation of a pick-up date in an instant on the specific day I was looking for; I was flying back to the UK just to load the van so I was under pressure for things to happen on time and Kanguro took care of this perfectly.
