Stay away!! They look like a legit site, but just take your money and never send the product

This *company* that supposedly makes FDA approved (Ha-not!!) dog toothbrush chews, etc. is a complete scam! Do not make a purchase! Thank goodness I paid with my Amex card and they immediately removed the charge after I explained my situation. I disputed the charges due to non-delivery of goods. I waited two months for the product and it never arrived. The scammy tracking link showed that it was supposedly coming from China and never moved in transit. I even called two phone numbers listed for the *company*, one in Canada and one in Seattle and both said the call could not be answered with no other information offered??! Huge red flag! I wish I had looked this *seller* up before placing an order as I usually do for companies that advertise on Facebook (most are legit, this obviously was NOT, lesson learned.) Please do not buy anything form these scammy people!!!

Same thing everyone else is saying. Product is misrepresented on the website. It is not made in the US and it ships from China. I actually forgot about the purchase because it took 2 months to get here - when it arrived I had no idea what it was - all the writing was not in English. Opened it up and saw the 2 toothbrushes of ordered. They look and feel cheap. I’ll be tossing them, since I can see the return process won’t be worth it. Don’t buy if you haven’t already. I’m out $68.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered from this company Kaninekare after seeing their dog product on social media. After reading numerous positive reviews (probably fake) and little research that deemed the company being out of California, I made a purchase. I didn't receive an email of my order, but instead I received a text message saying thanks for your purchase, then another text message 3 days later informing that order had shipped. All very odd that a legitimate company would send text messages and no email communication. 4 weeks later and I still haven't receive my product. Initially the tracking number provided didn't work but after finally working, I learned that my package was coming from China. Wait, China? What??? It is still there not even in transit to the US yet. They are scamming US citizens by stating they are a legit US company out of California and FDA approved. I can't report them to the BBB because they aren't in the US. I am going to research if there is anything the FDA can do for them falsely saying they are FDA approved. Over a month and still no product. I am here to warn others DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you just want to give away money to a Chinese company that is not legit.

I bought this for my 9 pound dog it was destroyed in less then 5 minutes. It’s a BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!!! If I could give this no stars I would.

Please don’t waste your money on this fraudulent company. They are not based in the USA as stated. It’s a scam company in China and I wish I would have researched it beyond the rave reviews I saw on Facebook.

I placed my order 6 weeks ago and NOTHING! I have written several times to customer service and have received a reply from “Bianca” assuring me it is on the way. She gave me updated “tracking” information which shows it is still in China. Please don’t waste your money on this scam. And if, some day, these toothbrushes arrive, I wouldn’t give them to a rat because how can I trust this scam of a company to produce anything I could safely give my dogs!

This company is NOT in the United States!! It is in China!! Kaninecare or Kaninekare are both the same entity. They don’t tell you your order is shipping from China and will take weeks to arrive in the US. Don’t like what you ordered? Problem with it? We no approve your refund unless you ship back to China. Will cost more than product is worth to ship back. Will take weeks for them to receive it to issue a refund. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Update:

Dispute your charge with your credit card company! American Express reversed the charge after I disputed it. Been over a month no package, submitted the email chain detailing the BS that Bianca was shoveling and Amex ruled in my favor.

I bought 2 toothbrushes , paid and didn’t receive them

I placed an order with Kanine Care and canceled the order 5 minutes after it was placed.

Two days later, I didn't hear anything from Kanine Care so I followed up on my cancellation request. I got no answer until the next day. They said the order has been fulfilled.......

I canceled the order 5 minutes after placing it. How could they ignored my email for 3 days and said that they already fulfilled the order? I guess they ignored my email so they could just ship the order out and then ask me to return it at a ridiculous overseas shipping cost.

So I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Guess what, the credit card resolve the dispute in my favor! What I did was I printed out the email trail with Kanine Care, explained what happened and even sent this Trustpilot review page to the credit card company.

If you want to get your money back, submit a dispute. It could work!!

If I could give nil star I would. Don’t deal with this company. I ordered a kainin tooth cleaner 26$ silly me. It took one month to arrive, after less than 30mins in my home my puppy had torn the rubber very dangerous. After contacting the company they refused a refund saying the package had been opened, How can you know it’s dangerous if you haven’t opened package.

It has been over 5 weeks since I ordered the dental chew toy and water bottle dispenser. I have not yet received the items. I paid extra to be able to track the shipment and they make it difficult
To do so by having to download something else. It is not a USA company. Items are still in Hong Kong. Waiting to see if I ever receive the order. The items I ordered can be found on other sites which are reliable. My puppy will not be a puppy by the time I receive the items, if I ever get them at all. I sent them an email inquiring about the delivery and haven’t heard back. I found this company through an Instagram ad. Never again.

Never received my item. The seller did not respond.

4 months after ordering, I have no product, no refund after multiple requests. When they do respond to emails, it’s “ let me follow up and get back to you.” Well, still waiting for them to get back to me. They filter all Facebook reviews so only positive reviews show. Will never recommend this business.

I ordered the toothbrush chew Oct 20, 2020. Tracking shows it was processed in China Oct 23. I contacted KK twice, and Bianca of Customer Support replied, "I checked this with our courier company and they said it's still in transit, please give it a couple of more days for the delivery.
Rest assured that we are doing all that we can to make sure you received your package as soon as possible."
Her response to my second email: "We’re sorry that it has taken longer than expected to receive your order. We will check it with the postal service and keep you updated on the status of the package and delivery.
However, we’re confident that the postal service will update the latest shipping information soon, followed by prompt delivery."
Then I contacted them yesterday via Facebook Messenger, and the reply was to request an update at their info email (which I had done previously). However my email of today just bounced back as undeliverable.
Bianca of Customer Support has a different email address, but she is now ignoring my emails.
There is a "Contact Us" page on their website. When I fill in the required fields and click the "Send Message" button, nothing happens.
I am beyond unimpressed.

Total scam.look closely - everything on their website is photoshopped. FDA approved lol?? I received my toy four weeks later. The toy was clearly from dollar general. The return address on the package was from an apartment in Queens NY not California like there website claims. My dog destroyed the toy within 60 seconds. Their Insta page is no longer found

Beware. This is a scam company. The product does not work as described.There is no way to clean all of the toothpaste out of the toy; it will eventually breed harmful bacteria.

Same thing has happened to me as others. Ordered 4 weeks ago and still no product. My fault for not researching company before ordering. Thank God for credit card disputes. Will be entering a dispute today for having not received product. AVOID!!! Companies like this and do your research.

Do not order from Kaninekare, they don't guarantee their product will ever be delivered. I should have heeded the warnings on the BBB from other customers. They took my online order on 11/26/2020 and after 7 weeks and not receiving the product, they refuse to issue a refund or ship another product. Customer service is terrible.

This company purports to be California based but their Facebook will tell you their posts come from an account based in Bhutan, Asia. When I ordered my product, it sat at a warehouse in China for 2 weeks without moving, which I know from the company's own tracking information they provided. As soon as I requested a refund, they claimed the product shipped that same day. It took another month from that email to get the product. Don't trust or support these Asian based scammers.

I ordered a teeth cleaning apparatus for my dog from KanineKare on 31st October. It is now 15th December and still haven't received my order. It is being shipped from China to Western Australia. There has been little communication and when I emailed support, was simply told it would be looked into but have received no further communication from the company. Extremely disappointed. I have ordered a range of products from various other online sites in the weeks following that Kanine order and have already received all of those in a timely fashion. Do not buy from this website unless you are willing to wait months.
