Mi experiencia trabajando en KANITO fue…

Mi experiencia trabajando en KANITO fue muy negativa durante el año que estuve. La empresa no respeta los horarios: es habitual recibir llamadas fuera de tu jornada laboral y no muestran flexibilidad alguna. Te hacen sentir mal si sales a tu hora, aunque no haya obligación de quedarte. Los puestos están claramente sobrecargados: esperan que una sola persona haga el trabajo que debería desempeñar un equipo de tres. No existe un plan de carrera ni se valora la vida personal del empleado. Sin estabilidad ni reconocimiento. En general, no recomiendo trabajar aquí si valoras tu tiempo, bienestar y desarrollo profesional.
