This is really good. I was able to transfer money at my own rate and it arrived safe and timely.

High marks to the team

The user was mischievous and customer service was very very slow and not helpful at all. The platform is complicated and everything looks like a scam. Will never carry out any other transaction or recommend you to anyone.

I’ve been using KAOSHI for about a year now and it’s been great. The few times I’ve had issues, Obinna helps sort them out timely and efficiently.
It’s definitely a platform to use and I’ve recommended it to my friends and family

The response and resolution of issues didn't take time.

The service was fast, simple, and the instructions clear. This was my first time using the service. A friend recommended it to me. At first I was skeptical. But I was amazed at how fast the money got to my recipient. Will definitely use this service from now on. Wish they would create an app for it though.

the peer to peer aspect could be a little less intimidating (instead of people seeing they are sending money to a stranger, and thus depleting trust in the platform, peer avatars could be displayed differently).

The services is very good only that it’s slow sometimes and could be frustrating because one may need the money urgently. That needs to be improved upon. Otherwise it’s a rap for me. They should keep the good job going.

Nice one. Hassle-free but it takes a couple of hours to get your money credited to 9ja account. If they can work on that it will be good

I made an error while using the platform, and I was assisted by Mr Obinna. He was of really great help and he guided me till the matter was resolved. A very patient and kind gentleman.

Learn from Binance's P2P. why will it take 24hours for me to receive my funds even after system confirmed it? Now I have to wait till forever to get my funds. Poor
