While the LAP targets leadership upbringing with a structured framework, the sessions are tailored and curated to meet the exact requirements to think, speak and lead with clarity filling the gaps. Its a great journey of self discovery and i recommend this to all the aspiring leaders.

When I entered this course I was not sure how it will impact my journey, will it be like another certification course? Or waste of money? Thoughts changed- Once we started having individual
Session, the format, structure, artifacts and focused training on
Improvement areas made me feel that I choose the right one. My trainer Pooja Pandey focused on everything I want to
Improve, communication, thought processing, leadership attributes, how to think clearly, speak with clarity. I am confident now that I can be leader too. Kapable is all about teaching how to deliver your existing IQ with a high sense of EQ.

Thanks Kapable team for building the habit of adding pauses in my communication, and teach me the importance of building credibility on every communication. I recently completed the Leadership Communication course with Kapable, which I started in November.
What really worked for me was the quality of the trainers. Each one brought strong expertise and a practical understanding of real-world leadership communication.
I particularly valued the one-on-one sessions—they were focused, honest, and helped me improve without ever making me feel like I was falling short. That takes patience, especially in a leadership classroom, and I genuinely appreciated it.
Overall, I’m happy with the growth I’ve built through this journey and how it is already reflecting in my day-to-day communication

They have everything sorted including their curriculum, trainers, operations etc. They have the best trainers who know their stuffs really well and can guide you to optimise your thinking and speaking skiils. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this program to everyone who wants to grow in their careers.

This transformative journey which started three months back with Kapable has been full of learning new techniques, unlearning of old practices, analysing and self realisation.
About the team Kapable, the trainers are very patient and available to discuss my personal concerns and provide complete guidance and solutions to any and all queries raised by me. The trainers have ensured we are always pushed out of comfort zone and challenge our fear to overcome it. One on one practice sessions were very enriching with focused and clear feedback for improvements.
Operations team was always available just a message away to resolve any concerns raised by us. They managed the training schedule considering my work/ personal schedule.
Overall a very nice experience which has definitely added value in the transformative journey.

I would ideally rate it a 4.5 but there is no option to do that, because there is always a scope of improvement, nevertheless its a must learn course for some one looking to improve of following:

There were 3 key goals for me before joining Kapable :
1. Be an Impactful Communicator.
2. Have a Commanding Executive Presence &
3. Establish an effective Network with other Senior leaders.

Out of these the First 2 were absolutely nailed by the program and I feel more confident and prepared in any professional and personal situations, be it Negotiations, Story telling or Leading with impact.

The only gap I felt to make this program from a 4.5 to 5 for me was having more opportunities to connect and communicate with other Leaders in similar professional journey as me.
Otherwise the 1 to 1 sessions are tailored for your requirements and give immense value.

Practical tips to manage the day-to-day challenges. How to be assertive, using concepts like CARE, Mind Mapping, etc., helped me structure my thoughts and make a meaningful impact on the listeners. I think the sooner you take this journey with Kapable, the greater the impact it will have. The combination of group sessions/Roundtable and one on one sessions are great blend of holistic 3.5 month learning.
