Ordered roasted beans but not delivered in time
I ordered a pack of roasted beans 2 weeks ago but have never received it yet. I contacted them via email but no reply from them either. Finally I was contacted by the sales tean and help to resend a pack of newly roasted beans.

Missing parcel/no communication…
I’ve been waiting for an order that I made on Monday 30th October and I have had no correspondence with the company on where it is after I emailed them. This was supposed to be next day delivery for a birthday and I had to go out and find another present.

Customer service is really good and they're really prompt with helping out and responding to messages. Coffee deliveries have been bang on so far and the actual coffee is pretty nice as well. I've had the sweet blue mountain and inzovu Rwanda so far and they're very good (I prefer the inzovu)
