It’s been over a month and I still have not gotten my order. No shipping information. I’ve emailed severally times with no response. The phone number won’t go through. Huge scam! Do not order from this company.

I was sent a dress completely different from what I ordered. I sent an email and was asked to send the dress back, I paid to have the dress sent back. I was then told my shipment was not received when I paid to have it sent certified and it was signed as received upon delivery. Once I sent proof that USPS had delivered the package the company miraculously found my package and even though THEY sent me the wrong dress in the first place, a refund could not be done only a store credit was offered. Mind you the dress ordered and the one received and sent back were 2 completely different dresses. The dress I was sent was a dress from SHEIN.

Took a month to get to me and the dress that showed up looked NOTHING like the pictures. It's a completely different dress that's ugly, cheap, and the zipper doesn't even work. I wouldn't be raking them over the coals except that they don't respond to inquiries and I paid $100 for the dress. SO disappointing and just hoping to get my money back at this point.

I recently purchased a party dress from a boutique and I have to say, it was the perfect dress for the occasion! The dress was comfortable, flattering and had beautiful embellishments that made me feel like the belle of the ball. I received so many compliments throughout the night and felt confident and beautiful in the dress. The quality of the material and craftsmanship was impressive and I know I will be able to wear this dress for years to come. I highly recommend investing in a quality party dress, and this boutique has a great selection to choose from. Thank you, boutique, for helping me find the perfect dress for my special event!

I don't know where to begin. I am so disappointed with this company, and I feel that I was mislead from the beginning.

Before I made the purchase, I read reviews, and I read through the return policy since the price was more than I usually spend with an online company. Some reviews were favorable, but others were not. I should have trusted the later.

The dress arrived on October 7, 2022. The fabric looked completely different from the picture, and the color I received was suppose to be champagne, but it actually looks tan or light brown. The size was perfect, but the style and color are not flattering.

My first email was on October 8, explaining what I stated in the above paragraph. I did not hear from the company. Email number 2 was sent on October 14. In this email, I quoted the return policy, and I explained the circumstances again. A representative for the company replied on October 15 telling me they would look into it and get back to me. I waited a week.

On October 26, I sent the third email stating I was still waiting to hear about returning the dress and that I knew the 30 days was approaching. I received an email on October 26 That said, "Hello. i am still negotiation with supplier. They doesnt want accept because of its done your size. will find solution." The punctuation and response indicate to me this in not a professional. As a former high school English teacher, there is so much wrong with the email. As a consumer, it screams scam and reminds me of similar emails I have received from Saudi princes who were asking for money.

I immediately responded and explain how disappointed I was in the response I have received about returning the dress. I went to the Karanube website and copied directly from the policy about returns. I reminded them that I contacted them immediately and now simply wanted to return the item and receive a refund for the full purchase price. I also told them I would write this review and contact the Better Business Bureau.

Unless you have lots of time to spend on emails and trying to resolve an issue with this company, I would avoid purchasing anything from them. Yes, some reviewers sing the praises of Karanube.com. I am not one of those individuals. Trust me. You don't want the hassle of trying to work with this company. Be prepared to lose any money you spend. Be prepared to receive an item that is not what it is purported to be. The advertisements look wonderful, and the prices seem fantastic, but the reality is you get what you pay for, and apparently, I signed up for continuous emails and no solution to the issue.

NO STAR: KARANUBE I ordered $119. dress gift late April. It didn't fit her, I called and requested a return label, got it, mailed it, called emailed many times, now their phone doesn't work, no return emails, no refund until I contacted PayPal June 23. I filed a complaint and was granted a refund minus $20.
Another ECOMMERCE business that ignores when you ask for a.refund. Not worth your money and time. KARANUBE will not get my.money or my time. Read VCHIC review, same gift for.my friend. Read reviews b 4 you shop.
