My experience at Karats Jewelers was an excellent one. Elle Harvey was the best! She was so patient and helpful in selecting the extraordinary redesign of my wedding ring. The atmosphere in the store was relaxed and fun. Everyone there so friendly and welcoming. When the ring arrived, Elle was just as excited as me at how perfect it was! I highly recommend Karats Jewelers!!!

Karats, hands down, has the best selection of engagement rings, bands, watches, custom jewelry, everything/anything, in the Kansas City area. They can work with any budget and Andy will be sure to make sure your selection is perfect for you (and the budget.) We got our wedding bands here and engagement ring. We also got our custom wedding gifts from Karats. The options here are endless! We've also sent other friends to Karats and they love it just as much as we do. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my diamonds! Highly recommend Andy and his team!! You will not regret it. :)

Karats Jewelers is "THE BEST" place to shop for jewelry/watches... period! I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews, but they are well above many other local competitors. Besides the great prices and selection, the entire shopping experience is what really stood out for me. Andy is very knowledgeable when it comes to watches, and I really appreciate having someone like that helping me. I've bought several watches from them already, and I am looking forward to future purchases. Not to mention they do custom ring work!! My wife and I were renewing our vows, and Andy and his team did not disappoint us when it came time to update our rings. Thank you Andy for everything that you do. Highly recommend Karats. The owner Akshay is fantastic to work with! He helped my husband design emerald earrings for me and I absolutely love them! He made sure to find the most beautiful emeralds and guided my husband through the entire process. We will absolutely go back to Akshay and Karats!

Karats is the best jewelry store in Kansas City. The best in Kansas. The best in Missouri. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Skip all of the others and go get the best customer experience at Karats. I have spent a lot of time shopping and I wish I would have gone there sooner. We love Karats! We purchased my beautiful Kirk Kara wedding set and have never been happier. The entire staff at Karats has always been very attentive and eager to help. I've been in to see Mr Andy at Karats twice now, and twice I've left with 2 fantastic watches at great prices! Andy and his staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the brands on hand and even ones they don't carry. The selection is far better than anywhere else I've been. Andy and the staff actually care what you're looking for and don't give the off the "I'm better than you" attitude that other dealers give off if you aren't looking at the most expensive piece in their store.
Andy, you have my watch business and when the Mrs is due for an upgraded ring, we'll be back in too.
