Karaya Capital sorted me out financing when no one else could. Went to Kul after many other Finance advisors weren’t able to get myself & my family our residential financing.

Kul thought outside of the box and was able to get us Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor financing from a Specialist bank.

The deal was complicated involving gifts, previous residential property commitments & term arrangements. Somehow managed to get this through. All before the stamp duty changes too!
