I bought a Karcher BR 30/4 C last sept. By november it needed a new set of blades (114 euro). Its now June 24 and the rubber blades which are very flimsy are gone again. They will not sell the rubber blade without the fitting so thats a minimum of 350 per year for replacement blades. A total ripoff! They said the machine was "professional" and thats why they were a bit more expensive and also that it wasnt meant for domestic use...which is ridiculous considering professional would be much harder on the rubber blades. This machine is not fit for purpose.

Bought two karcher steam cleaners both machines broke the same way,at the hose connection to the steamer, will not buy another,

I had heard that Karcher were good products, so we bought a lawn strimmer. Very disappointed in this product. It only lasts for maybe 15 or 20 minutes, then it takes 6 hours to charge it up. So, it's left in the garage, and we are looking for another strimmer.
I wouldn't recommend this. I'm sorry to say this.

This is the best product I have bought. Value for money and very strong and versatile. Would definitely recommend it.

Battery Charger / Battery Unit failed within 1 year of purchase. I sent the item back to point of purchase over a month ago, and I am still waiting on a replacement unit. the holdup is with Karcher not with the original seller.

Based on this experience I would be unlikely to purchase another karcher product. I would not recommend their products to a friend or family member.
