Fast and correct delivery
Great shoes

Disappointed to spend over £10 in delivery and return, when it was advised that I go up a half size, and the shoes are now too big.

Karhu not only makes excellent shoes, but their customer care team is similarly top notch. They provided an immediate answer to my question and were extremely helpful. Great shoes, great people. Highly recommended.

Most perfect interaction with the Karhu customer support. My running shoes build a hole inside the shoe after 3 months, so I wrote a message about this. They handled the situation so well and super friendly and offered me to replace the shoes right away or to get a refund. Absolutely not a given for me, so thank you Karhu-customer-service!

I really like the shoes. This order was my second and they look great. I ordered a size too small initially and the returns process was very smooth and my reorder of the correct size has also gone well. I found my first pair of kahru’s, Fsuion 2.0 to be hard wearing and well built. Loved the design and the colourways also. Mine were themed on the Helsinki metro colours.

I returned a pair of shoes. There was no way to submit for the return. I had to pay to ship back my items. The initial delivery attempt failed. There was no communication from the company without my direct reaching out and the refund took almost a month to process. I could not recommend something less. I will never bother with this brand again.
