Do not buy in this store they are scammers. If luckily you used klarna's option of paying at the end of the month, file a claim with klarna and document your case, place photos of the product you bought on the website and what you received, place a photo of what they offered as a guarantee of quality and return policies and that it is not acceptable to pay scammers and that it is not correct for klarna to continue working with them, ask them to pass your case to klarna's legal department as it is a scam case and customer service does not have the tools to solve them, don't give up and don't give in. I was defending my case for five months until justice was finally done.
