Terrible. Product I received was not as advertised. Ordered a hoodie that was advertised as a heavyweight, cotton fleece with ribbed cuffs. I received a 100% polyester piece of shiny rubbish. My daughter was devastated. I paid a lot of money for cheap polyester crud. This store should be shut down.

I bought a hoodie and a sweatshirt for my daughter for christmas they were very plain.I will say the stitching was a great quality it wasn't just ironed on but DEFINITELY NOT worth almost $200. I ordered them in November and their website said orders will be sent out in early march she didnt get them until the end of april. Although their customer service was not bad i will definitely not be buying another item from them and i strongly urge you not too unless they lower their prices. At best their only worth $30-$35 with shipping and thats being generous. They are also a very heavy heavy material like a sweatshirt with a lead lining.

I ordered hoodie last sept 2021 still haven’t recived it I have emailed them overa 100 times they got back to me said they refund and send another hoodie out and they still haven’t it’s a big big scam every email they tell me a different story I haven’t received my refund and I haven’t recived my hoodie which was 85 dollars

Christmas present for niece 3M late. Contrary to what is written on website, they cannot correct a mislabeled shipping address…multiple outreaches and no package delivered nor any response to missing package, just missing money and gift

False advertising. I bought a throwback blanket that had shown a good quality picture of the dream team printed horizontally on it. But when it arrived it was low quality, the picture was shown in the middle of the blanket instead of near the bottom and was VERTICAL. It was poorly done. I also bought a hoodie and it smelled like melted plastic from a dumpster. Wouldn't recommend.

I personally LOVED the merch. I got the ¨enchanted hoodie", its so soft, it keeps you warm. And it adorable. i love all the colors together. 100% rec- buying one!!

This is fraudulent! It is not legitimate Karl Jacobs merch. Additionally, the quality is horrible and they will not accept returns. Buyer beware - FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!

We ordered a hoodie from his official store for 60USD. Quality is cheapest possible, totally unwearable, material 100% polyester and the size is too small and does not correspond to the description. It is scam and I hope you do not repeat my mistake./ DO NOT buy this merch! I hope they will refund a 100%

Absolutely disgusting. Never shipped my item but took over $60 from me. I’m so angry and frustrated. They’re creating a bad name for Karl Jacobs who doesn’t deserve that. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM!!!!!! GO TO KARL’S ACTUAL STORE!

Their customer service is terrible and unprofessional. They are a complete fraud and scam. When you call their customer service the number isn't even legit. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced.

After week I received a damaged hoodie from some random cheap fabric. Absolutely terrible. Never was so disappointed with a store and their products. Poor communication, poor materials and overal poor quality in both product and people. These people create a bad name for Karl Jacobs.

Terrible communication! I received a damaged hoodie after waiting FOREVER for it to arrive. They took my money fast but after weeks of trying to resolve the issue by email they continue to ignore me. Can't even get a response. Pretty jerk move and crappy way to thank your fans!
