I will NEVER order from Karl Lagerfeld again!
I placed an order early December which was not delivered by their chosen Courier, DPD. DPD have confirmed in writing that the item was not delivered (which I have forwarded to Karl Lagerfeld). The evidence that I forwarded directly from DPD has been shared yet I am still waiting for my refund.
There has been no meaningful response from them other than the automated acknowledgement email sent by them.
I have several "support" cases open without any success - last being 0001768 in relation to order number GE3209075930NL

Honestly the very worst customer service. Ordered online almost two months ago. I called them many times to say I have not received the parcel. They tracked and saw parcel never shipped. I’m still waiting for refund. Two months!!!! I’m keep calling them and only what they say they have right to investigate and I have to wait. Just a joke. Never order directly from them!

Only received half of the items ordered. Was told "they'd investigate and be in touch".
More than a month later I still haven't received the items, or any form of refund or apology.
Seems like a very simple investigation. Yes we sent the other items, the delivery company lost it. Issue refund or replacement. Or no we didn't sent the items, we'll send them or issue refund.

I ordered a should bag as a Christmas present and I wrote to the costumer service saying that it's a present and should be with a gift pack. They replied that gift pack is not available and saying that all of their items were packed with respect with the environment ( just a pretext ) fool someone else and not me. The pack I received was just packed in an ordinary box without even the name of the company, like a generic box that you can buy elsewhere and the bag was just covered with a thin paper with the sticker of the company. Poor presentation.
They're supposed to be aluxury brand and yet they cannot even provide a nice packaging specially a gift packaging in this Christmas season. Of all the luxury brands I bought this is the only one so far who cannot even provide a good packaging. This will be my first and last time to buy in this shop. For those who are planning to buy for a presents, don't buy in this shop because you will only ruin your Christmas just like what they did to me.

Never again. I made 4 separate orders for about 6 items over a couple of days last week in November with a view of getting all in time for Christmas. One item arrived according to expectation, other 3 shipments got "delayed" by DPD - when I rang DPD what is the problem, as the packages were showing to be in a depo a few miles from me, they said they are sending it back to KL as they have not paid them for delivery. Truly shocking. Raised Q with customer services for KL, no reply for weeks and then reply came that my order was delivered (yes, the first one which was not the 3 orders I was asking about). Rang KL, spoke to guy providing very evasive answers...."cannot resend the items"..."cannot guarantee the promo price if I was to purchase again in time for Christmas"..."cannot be sure when I get my money back as it depends on when items come back". So I am now waiting for a few hundred pounds refund, have had absolutely zero relevant communication and for sure noone in my family and friends circle will ever buy anything here again. To say I am disappointed by this level of service is putting it mildly.

You say that the item is shown as shipped in your system and you need to get in contact with the carrier, but has been more than 3 weeks now. I really doubt that the item is still available. Surely you must have had a response from the outsourced logistics company regarding the missing item. in the meantime i would have expected to have you dispatched another item by now or at least have the courtesy to refund in full. I have placed other orders with lesser known brands and they struggled too, but they had the decency to dispatch the same item again and offered discount on further items. Never expected Karl to be this mediocre.

Horrible experience!!!! Do not order!!! I have ordered a t shirt and instead of delivering to me it was sent back to the warehouse. I was told no refund until the received it back and they can’t give me a date!!!! They took the money, they have not delivered it and tracking says it’s being returned to them and they just told me I won’t get money back if they won’t receive it back!!!!!! Shocking service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!will never ever buy again.

I bought Karl Lagerfeld sneakers and paid more than 200 Euros. The white leather sneakers turned out to be the cheapest leather laminate I ever had and after a 15 min gentle wash, the sneakers just teared off. Obviously I cannot wear them anymore and it is unacceptable that a more than 200 euros leather sneakers have such poor quality like a 5 euro fake market product.
I complained and there answer was just a standard email saying that products are naturally to wear and tear by usage?!
Dear Karl Lagerfeld team, you are not selling quality products. Sneakers from adidas costing half of the price can be gentled washed without any problem. Will never by this brand again.

I’m honestly shocked to see how disrespectful that brand is. I’ve purchased the shoe the right way, they made a mistake by sending me the wrong size, I sent the shoe back to them and they refunded only certain amount of the order.
I've already posted this review but since nothing happened with my case and Karl.com are blaming customs and taxes which has nothing to do with me.
I still haven't got refunded for the full amount of money even though this is their fault and only their fault for sending the wrong product.
The worst experience I've ever had.
I purchased a pair of shoes from their website a few weeks ago (Size 9), once ordered I received the confirmation that the shoes are size 9 as I ordered.
Once I received the shoes I've noticed that the size is incorrect (they sent size 7).
They mentioned that it is their mistake and asked me to send back the shoes.
They gave me a shipping label for DHL and I sent the shoes back right away.
After they received the shoes I received a refund for less then what I've paid for.
Honestly I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them due to their customer service.
