Similar story paid £26.99 total for advertising on Facebook. Order 22nd of April and not seen or heard anything now in over 2 and a half months. Tracking says has left China with Royal Mail, and they say no item ever has arrived in the uk! Total SCAM don’t be tricked... PayPal case being opened!
Site is a scam. As per lots of reviews below which was exactly the same for me. Ensure you have payment protection from credit card or paypal before going anywhere near them. Paypal saved me on this and ignore any requests NOT to escalate.
This is a scam. You pay $16.99 plus $9.99 for an electric air pump... they then send you a manual cheap air pump. With a lot of back and forward they finally refund you... but only $20... they keep the other $7... in other words making you buy something you didn't want for $7. I've reported them to PayPal and American Express... I've seen below other people have had their money refunded. I've also reported these horrible people to DMCA Takedown to have their site removed.
As indicated by the previous victims of these swindlers, I paid for an electric pump and received a manual pump instead. People like these do very little to improve the reputation of China as a serious source of world-class products and services. Will open a PayPal dispute as I am left with no other option after three emails back and forth with no end in sight.
Total scam site..
Same as others they advertise an electric pump but sent a worthless hand pump. The scam is they offer a partial refund state you need to pay the the P&P back to China (more than the pump they sent is worth) make comments about how difficult it is etc. So they win regardless (not this time !!)

If you have been unfortunate enough to buy from them stick with the Paypal process to get a full refund.
These where using Facebook to advertise and believe they should take more care on the merchants they permit to use their platform to commit fraud. Same for PayPal they need to not allow people like this to use their service.
Very similar experience as the other guy. They advertised an electric cordless bicycle pump on Instagram and sent a cheap plastic manual one from China. They will refund me 40% to avoid a dispute or 100% if I spend lots of money and time sending the rubbish one back (during a health crisis, they know this isn't going to happen). Paypal dispute was opened and found in my favour for a full refund.
They advertise an electric cordless bicycle pump on Facebook for $26.99 then send a plastic manual £3 one from China. They won't refund until I spend £15 sending the rubbish one back. They then ask me not to go through Paypal dispute which is a clear sign of deliberate fraud. Paypal dispute now opened.
