Great company, got the item within a couple of days, nicely packaged etc

I ordered the tent at about 3pm and it arrived the following morning!!

I ordered the Nomad Vista pro stove after discussing the options with someone from the Karma team. It arrived quickly and in time for Christmas - was a very well received present and looks great - we're really looking forward to some warm, winter camping!

Great service, ordered one day shipped the next and delivered the following day.
Unfortunately the curior may have been a little rough as the glass was damaged, I let Karma know and they sent out a replacement straight away.

Good stove for a garden hut. Nice and light, easy to install. Comes with a chimney also.

Stove arrived quickly. Good courier too, Sunday delivery. Stove well packaged and arrived fine.
Did ask a question about stove warranties from the store which wasn't answered, but this is a minor issue. And considering the large clear pictures on the website gave a good idea of the quality of the stove, I was happy to order it.

I emailed for more information about the tents before purchasing and they got back to me quickly with a very clear answer. Once ordered the tent arrived very quickly

I purchased a 5mtre bell tent from this company and had superb customer service along with excellent quality products and the chap running it is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells.
His name is Ed and if more companies operated as he does it would be a much easier world.
He bent over backwards to accommodate my wishes. Allowed me to pick up from his warehouse rather than having it delivered, for me that eas an excellent option. He was very punctual with his replies to emails, questions and meeting times.
All round great guy and company to do business with.
