DO NOT BUY these clippers

DO NOT BUY these clippers, they have very cheap components in them and are made in China, if you look on YouTube there is actually a video if you search showing just how cheap the components are. I sent them back for a refund and although they came from China they told me to send them back to U.S.A even though they say the have a U.K. warehouse and I was charged £22.00 delivery cost which I had to pay so lost nearly half the money of the clippers and their customer service is awful, practically none existant. Very very very bad company. They did offer to knock 10% off the price though to stop me getting a refund which it seemed was a regular occurrence but it didn't work.

Bunch of clowns.

I bought a manscaper from this bunch of clowns. Took 8 weeks and plenty of emails, when it arrived it was covered in some sort of sticky glue. It was noisy, poorly put together and now after 4 times of use? Not working. I'm not even going to bother requesting a refund because their custome line is shambolic at best. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS THIRD CLASS, PRETEND QUALITY COMPANY OR ITS PRODUCTS.

Never had a worse experience for an online purchase :(

I've never wrote on Trustpilot, but Karmin behaviour was so bad that spending this time is worth.

I ordered a hair straightener, it came with a US plug (I live in Europe) and it was defective (the two plates weren't straight). They tried to avoid the return claiming the item wasn't defective, but at the end I've sent it back. I had to pay for shipping it back but that's ok.
After two months, I got an invoice from FedEX for custom fees about this item coming from China (note that in their site they have a section "where are my product shipped from", and China is never mentioned), so I've asked explanation to them, I've always been gentle in my emails. It's one month that I ask them those two questions 1) if you think it's fair to not warn customers that their order will incur in custom fees. And 2) if your warehouse is in China.
But they don't answer or answer in an evasive and rude way like "Custom fees are non-refundable", even if I didn't ask to refund them. I just asked an explanation.

Sometimes the customer just wants to be understood, honestly if they had said just "sorry, we'll make sure it won't happen again", or even just "we'll look into it" I would have been happy, but all they seem to do is just upset people on purpose. I really don't understand why.

I purchased something online

I purchased something online. They said they would ship it FROM the US in 2-3 days. I never received it. When I disputed the charge they gave fake tracking information about something in China and I never got my money back. It is a scam company, do not purchase anything.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN

Paid for a straightening iron (approximately $250NZ) from the Karmin website. The website stated the goods would be shipped up to 48 hours after payment. After 3 weeks the product had not been dispatched. After 2 emails, (the first polite the second aggressive), I finally received a response: they had no stock atm, however goods were to be shipped in a week from an international warehouse. I decided to wait the extra week for the item for the item. After another few weeks, I had still not received the item. They maintained there was no tracking number for the item, but were willing to provide a refund for the item. I obviously had to chase them up for the refund, as I hadn't received one for one week after the arrangement. For this I give them one star. Relieved after over a month of mucking around I finally received my money back. Would never purchase from them again.
