Our consultant Vicky Woods was excellent
Our consultant Vicky Woods was very helpful in explaining the differences between our short listed floorings.
She also helped us use the Karndean virtual app so we could see our selection in its proposed location, which was very helpful.
Vicky was very courteous and patient as we mulled over our selection.
Excellent customer service.

Customer service goes a long long way…
Customer service goes a long long way in our industry whilst trying to meet deadlines etc.
Sarah (with a H) is a prime example of that - dhl failed to delivery my samples in time to meet a deadline for ordering for the following week. She personal tracked the parcel/kept me in the loop and sorted replacements when they failed to arrive direct to customer. The only reason i still ordered with Karndean as i had a competitor chasing me for the order. She kept track of my order and set herself reminders for the following morning to let me know delivery times etc.
Pheobe and Chris Slater were also great!

Impressive showroom and helpful staff
Impressed with the showroom - very well laid out and easy to see all the different floor ranges, colours and styles. The staff we spoke with were all very knowledgeable and helpful - special thanks to Vicky for her help with choosing suitable colours, explaining how the flooring was cared for and giving us some interesting history about the brand. Very worthwhile visit and great to get full sized samples to test at home!

Fantastic showroom
Fantastic showroom. Great to see different layouts and tile finishes on the showroom floor as it's so difficult to decide from small swatches. The staff were extremely helpful, getting samples out, showing complementing colours and design layouts.

Highly recommend you visit Karndean Showroom.
I was going to visit the showroom and accidentally went to Distribution. I was carrying a few samples, one of which was a heavy cupboard door. As I left my car walking towards what I thought was the showroom, a young man coming towards me realised what I was carrying was heavy. He asked if he could help which I gratefully accepted and he took me in to the building and found someone to help me. That was when I discovered I was in the wrong place - not the showroom. I was directed to the showroom which was a short car ride away. Once again, I got it wrong and went in to the Design Academy. A young man there very kindly showed me where the showroom was and carried my samples for me across to the building. I was looked after by Gregg who was really helpful and showed me endless samples of the flooring I was looking for. He was very helpful and gave good advice. After I made my decision he gave me some samples which will be very helpful when I get back to my project ( I had travelled from Solihull). I had a colleague with me so before we left Gregg told us to go upstairs as there was a coffee machine there and we were welcome to go and have one. It was a lovely end to our experience at Karndean and I would recommend that anyone looking for floor coverings to go there. They have a massive range and they have a lot of patience too.

Wonderful experience at Karndean
The showroom itself did a great job of displaying all their products in a logical way so you could see exactly what you were looking for. The customer service I received upon arriving was also a lovely touch. I was greeted and the showroom was explained to me, I was offered a drink and informed as to how the process of browsing their products would work. I was later served by Vicky Woods who informatively took me through the samples I had selected. She was able to confidently answer all of my questions and I truly felt heard. I knew exactly what the process would look like moving forward and was extremely satisfied that Karndean were on hand to help me get the service I needed. Overall a genuinely lovely experience.

Wouldn’t buy Karndean again. They try anything to get out of dealing with issues
Customer service not existence. Don’t want to know. Originally they said wouldn’t help as discoloured tiles were my fault (even though I bought the mats they suggested). When my flooring fitter has reviewed and said definitely an issue with the tiles they are now saying they can’t help as I have to go through the flooring company. Which I will do. But if you think your product is good quality you should stand by that claim and customer services shouldn’t be making it so difficult to help.
Thanks for the reply but I have a lifetime guarantee that you sent to me with me as the customer details?
