I ordered perfume from this store over a month ago and paid approximately $180, but I still have not received my order.
After receiving the order confirmation, there has been no meaningful progress on my order. It appears to be stuck, and I have not received a proper update or tracking information. Their customer service has been extremely disappointing, with no response to my concerns.
As a customer, I expect basic communication, honest updates, and timely delivery after making a payment. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I paid for my perfume, but after more than a month, I still have nothing to show for my money.
I strongly advise other customers to be cautious before purchasing from this store. Do your research, read reviews, and make sure the seller is trustworthy before spending your hard-earned money.
Losing $180 and receiving no product or proper response is incredibly frustrating. I hope the store takes responsibility, responds to my complaint, and either delivers my order or issues a full refund.
