They have held money due back to me since May 2023. They avoid all calls and emails, despite numerous attempts. Avoid using them at all costs!

I paid a deposit on a car rental which I later canceled as we were not able to travel. I requested a reimbursement, which was agreed by email, but since then have absolutely no communication. My emails go unanswered, their phone numbers do not work nor do they answer even if it rings. They are withholding our deposit money without legal cause and against EU consumer law. Do not send any money to this company or (the only guarantee they can honestly give) you will literally regret it.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!! I rented from KarymRent in August 2021. They said I had no choice but to leave a "security deposit" of 800 Euros even though I purchased full insurance on the vehicle. I returned the vehicle is the condition it was received. I asked for certificate saying so before I left (Thank God!). They said the "security deposit" would be returned on my credit card within a few days. It NEVER came. They eventually stopped responding to my emails. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and had the money returned only because I had that certificate showing the car was returned in good order!

THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!! We had to pay a security deposit amount of 600 euro's that we should have recieved back after about 30 days. First I had some contact occasionally where they reassured me that they would pay me back. After this they have ghosted me totally. The car was returned in perfect condition!!! Don't ever go to this company. Also the police wont help me in Pisa where I rented it, they told me they know about the situation but they can't help me. Only after telling them I contacted the police and after leaving a 1 star review on all offices in Italy I got back an email telling me i would recieve it back shortly after. It took a whole year!!!

Scammers scammers. Miserable thieves. Payed in full for the car. Got there, no car. Told us we had no choice but to get a smart(we were 3 passengers..impossible) or upgrade to a car 3600 euro. Did not give us written confirmation of credit, no receipt(which is a no no in Italy). Left us stranded and short 1000 euro because we had to rent elsewhere. Lucio at fumicino looks all innocent but beware. The positive reviews are false and just as fraudulent. Hope the class action lawsuit goes through.

Worst car rental experience I have ever had. When we arrived to pick up the car at Rome airport, the office was locked and nobody picked up on the phone number on the door for 30 minutes. We got a car with no air conditioning (unheard of in modern era). They got us to drive to Pisa, where Supposingly we could switch for an air conditioned car. We drove for 4 hours (with no air conditioning in 37c heat) to another locked office. This is now 6 hours after a 20 hour trip to Europe. The guy on the phone told us that there is no car, it was a mistake, to come back tomorrow after 5 PM! We live 2 hours away. Unbelievable. Do not rent from this place.

They took a further e4000 from my credit card
They took a further e4000 from my credit card
A total of e12k fraud/scam
They disabled the car and recovered it!
E12000 for 3 weeks rental

I rented a car at the beginning May and brought it back after ten days. At the end of May they charged the warranty deposit, even though I was already back in my country, even though it was in perfect conditions.

They even will daily update with good comments here... so bad comments are left behind. A real entrepeneur...

They are scammers.

The agent was incredibly slow (30 minutes before getting the car, although it was already booked and paid), and unprofessional.
He said the fuel tank was full, but it was empty !
Nobody answers the phone. If you are having an issue with the car, just pray… they will never know, the just NEVER answer the phone. Phone numbers provided are wrong or turned off.
They do not reply to emails either…
Besides that, the car was ok.

A serious company , one of most important in Italy . Reliable , honest and transparent company . My experience was great , I have rent a super car and I didn’t have any problem. Experience to repeat.

Another case of fraud.
They charged my card EU$700, claiming it was just a hold. It was an actual charge for the 1 day rental, then they refused to refund it.

Got money back from fraud dep.
Next time I'm in Roma you are dead
