ABEE is the best barber definitely!

I do not trust their monthly subscription system and online customer service.
They do not take action if you sent a mail for cancellation of subscription.
I've been waiting over 1 month for a reply, i contacted them multiple times without succes..
I did exactly what stood on their FAQ in order to terminate the monthly subscription and even after this i received no conformation whatsoever that my subscription will end, this feels like a scam while i have always kept my end of the deal.

Weeks later..
I called in regarding this issue, the person responsible was not available but the worker said that i needed to sent them screenshots and after that I didn't receive any confirmation, around the 30th I receive a mail that they will take money from my account, I kept calling and finally spoke to someone that went over the customer service just for him to say that I should just call or come by next time to fix it faster.
(Mind you that i red the faq, mailed, called in, while there was no one available and went by one of the stores to ask for advice in my free time)

Unfortunately I would not recommend anyone to have this experience just to put a subscription off.

Maybe make an easier system through the website so that people can cancel it without going through so much effort.

The service I received from Liz was amazing. It was my first time having my hair braided in Copenhagen, and I highly recommend this salon. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and the braids are done to a high standard. I look forward to my next visit
