Kasalinea has been absolutely horrible…
Kasalinea has been absolutely horrible with the delivery of the sofa I ordered. I ordered a RED convertible angle sofa. It took 3 months and two deliveries (that they charged an extra €130 for). WORST PART it was not the right sofa, not the right model I ordered and it was not RED but black. Completely wrong. I am disgusted by this company. I tried calling their hotline and waited for 30 minutes, never got someone on the phone and they charge €0.80 PER MINUTE! which added even more expenses to this horrible story. So I sent an e-mail on August 4th. On August 9th I received a message in a very unprofessional font that all messages will be deleted as they were on vacation and to try to contact them again, wishing me a happy vacation (which I did not have this year! and won't have until October). So I don't know how I will get my money refunded or get a sofa now, I have been without a sofa for over 3 months now and counting. My recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
