I bought a moka espresso pot in Cagliari, asked at the shop If its possible to return if I change my mind, answer was yes. Back in hotel we talked with my husband, decided its not worth for us to bring it to our country, as we would have difficulties to get the spare parts when we need them in the future(nobody uses such pots there). We get back to the shop with a new item still in box the next day to find they would only return for a gift card. How ridiculous can that be? We dont live here, should I clean my butt with it? Worst service ever. Also reading so many bad comments in internet about your products, lets see how long the pot will work until its useless. Do not recommend

They have sold me an empty box that i gave as a christmas gift to a friend. AN EMPTY BOX.
When i asked the sale assistant to open the box to see the item she told me I was not allowed to do so, as for the "policy".
Well, I can't explain how I felt when my friend told me that my gift was empty..
When i return to the store asking for money back I was said that without the receipt they couldnt give me anything but AS A FAVOT they could give me a store credit. AS A FAVOR, THEM to ME.
The sale assistant told me that I was not the only client that had experience the same situation. But yeah, no receip no money back. Why would I think of keeping a proof of purchase for a personalized item? How would I know that they were selling me an EMPTY BOX?
Unbelievable service and horrible CS.

ZERO Stars Should Be an Option
We ordered a metal table and chair set that arrived damaged. We have repeatedly tried to call and email, but there has been absolutely no response or reply. We asked PayPal to intercede, but we are required to return and pay the shipping costs for items that weigh 25 kilos! The cost of the shipping will be more than half of the refund! ABSURD! Do not buy anything online from this company because if it arrives damaged, you will be out of luck. Kasanova will never receive another euro from us in-store or online.
