You pay peanuts you get monkeys

I was looking for a photo booth company for a recent event. Kasevents came up as one of the options. The main initial contact/owner ...Kamran....was very helpful and responsive and so I picked his company. Thereafter things went from bad to worse.

The 2 people that came to run the booth were first of all late. Then they took an age to set up and when I asked if they had a whitescreen or the like for the background they said no....so for the first few pictures we had a vending machine in the background. When I suggested that they move the machine they said if I wanted then to do this then it would take away time from my 2 hour slot???. The Magic Mirror they bought and the carpet were also shabby and in need of updating. In 2024...I never thought that you could hire a photo machine that took blurred pictures...it was like it had been transported from the 1980's. They argue that you have to be 100% still for the pictures to come out properly and i would like to think that my guests and I are intelligent people and could follow instruction. Still the pictures came out blurred. The book for people to sign and photos to be attached was also not put out until an hour into the event which meant that most guests did not write anything by their picture. The whole thing was a shambles and because I was trying to micromanage them...it meant that I could not enjoy the rest of the party....what a bad decision. AVOID at all costs.
