Bought online a pair of Hoka shoes. It took 2 weeks for delivery. And received a pair of fake shoes in a bag, not a box. Marketed as size 45, they are probably size 40 and smell like burnt plastic.
Customer service is just pre-written txt, emailed over and over. No return, no refund. Unless I send them to China at my own expense. Definitely not interested in participating in this counterfit trade ring any longer.
