bought a LV bag on vestiaire. costumer service was amazing, they were very patient with me, and answered all of my questions. The bag is absolutely beautiful, and i came with an autentification certificate. conditon was excatly as pictured on the listing

I bought a discontinued but highly sought-after LV bag last week, and the whole process—from purchase to delivery to Croatia—was incredibly fast. Kasper was very kind and helpful, answering all my questions and sending photos when I requested. I received the bag today (which was super-fast), and it was beautiful and exactly as described on the website. I highly recommend buying from him!
Ive ordered from this shop via Vinted 2 bags one by one. Everyone had damages and in both situations the seller didn’t warn me about. In first case I’ve been arguing with the seller almost a day explaning him that it is not ok to sell things this way. The cost of return was the same as a partial refund for repairing the bag I could agree with, so we decided to go that way.
Then I received the next bag and situation was the same, bag was thrown just in a deliver box without any plastic or kind of that! Also it has again issues connected with the real condition of the bag. And that time he started blaming me that I want only refunds and discounts, but that time I just really want only to write real opinion about my horrible buyer’s experience.
He started to blame me and Also threatened that gonna file a complaint for defamation.
Fortunately I have all the evidence as a bag pics and screenshots of correspondence.
If I am the first client who TWICE had issues with his items and service, it means a lot. The first time I forgave him but watching how he acts I understand that no excuses for him!
Also he claimed that the Swedish shop with the exact name „Kaspersheat” and exact logo but with really bad opinions on Google is not connected with him in any way. WTF?!😏
Be careful and avoid to buy smth from this shop. The seller is irresponsible and also lies a lot! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I bought a Louis Vuitton sweater from Kaspersheat, which was posted on Vinted after we agreed on the sale. I asked him how fast he could ship it, and he promised to send it the next day. A week went by, and despite me reaching out several times via Instagram, he kept promising he would send it, but never did. After 7 days, the transaction was canceled because he refused to ship it.
Not only did he waste my time, but he also kept my 5000 SEK frozen for the duration. Now, I have to wait another 10 days before my money is returned. In total, I wasted two weeks on this for nothing. He later apologized and offered me a discount for his shop, which I accepted, but then he stopped communicating and never sent anything.
Kaspersheat is extremely unprofessional, with terrible customer service. He rarely responds unless pressured with the threat of a negative review. Don’t waste your time or money – they will hold your funds for ages and never ship your items.
Worst buying experience ever!
