Absolutely disgusting service and I live in Denmark passport control ques humongous yet the sour individual decided to give my tired epileptic child a lecture on school and his attitude and locked the the doors so we couldn’t pass just check passsport do your job I shall make formal complaint about him but in general airport is bad service especially staff other airports are quick service with a smile think half the airport staff especially passport control are depressed you should just do your job and leave the lectures for the parents

The lack of professionalism in the security and check-in process at Turkish Airlines on 17th June around 12 pm was utterly appalling! My sister, her child, and I experienced a nightmarish encounter with a staff member sporting bleached "blonde" hair and tall who seemed completely disinterested in her job and displayed extreme rudeness towards everyone and shouting as if everyone were animals at check in and boarding. Despite being advised by another male staff member that it was okay to bypass the empty line and proceed directly to check-in, we were met with hostility and disdain by this unhelpful woman. The other family infront of us changed line because she was extremely rude to them and later on We understod why. When we attempted to approach her for assistance, she callously dismissed us and insisted we wait in line, even though she was idle. Her cold and unprofessional demeanor left us feeling belittled and disrespected. To add insult to injury, when we apologized for the confusion, she responded with a sneer, telling my sister ”open your eyes" with the most repugnant and unprofessional expression . It is truly baffling why Turkish Airlines would employ such unsympathetic individuals lacking any sense of customer service. Kastrup needs to get rid of these evil people since it’s not the first time Turkish airlines staff are rude. I am never flying with Turkish every again.

Security in the airport public area is rude, and violent. Reporting to the police. At 24:45, Sunday, April 21 I got a rude treatment by the guards at the corner at the Burger King, on the second floor, where the orange sitting places are, check your security cameras. I had a brown leather jacket and a big black backpack, bald, maybe had black hoodie on. I require the airport to check their security cameras for the event. The guard also refused to give his name afterwards.

Really bad service level. It took over an hour to get our luggage. Don’t travel to CPH with big luggage.

Noise pollution
It’s early in the morning…At a cafe trying to enjoy a little breakfast…..Can’t because of the Nightclub music loudly blaring from the loudspeakers……
Dear Airport Director…..We have to arrive 3 hours before our flight….Suffer long queue’s because of lack of staff….So once through, we deserve a little peace to relax and enjoy our morning coffee without feeling like we’re in a nightclub…

Snail speed luggage delivery
Be prepared to wait for an additional 20 minutes to 50 minutes to get your language. Always. Airport has been terrible at this for years and years.

As always security at Kastrup is horrible. Here yoy are treated as kattle and yelled at by grumpy employees that perhaps newer should have been employed in a service job. Kastrup you should really consider how your employees are treating passengers at your airport as this really is ruining your reputation.

Again, I go flying out of CPH airport, I want to by a small bottle of Whiskey, my preferred is the Dalwhinnie double wood whiskey, but I do not have space for a large bottle. Dalwhinnie makes a 20cl bottle, but in CPH they do not have it. Then I want to buy a Biotherm after sun, but again they only have the 400ml I only need the 200ml bottle, I do not want to carry around a large bottle. Why are there only large bottles in CPH shop, so again I did not buy anything. I found the whisky in another airport and bought it there.

Nice clean airport. Lots of shops and space, but the food and drinks cost two or three times the price compared to any where else in Copenhagen. Example: 1 bottle water + 1 bottle Coca Cola = 53 ddk. That´s 8 USD. Crazy!!
