Great product! Really helped me get back in shape quickly. Also is used at home and only takes 20 minutes a day, which makes it feasible for a busy person!

Katalyst has definitely earned five stars from both my husband and me. Not only does the system provide great physical results, the customer service is top-notch. I received a personal reply to my email (even on a weekend) and a quick resolution to my issue. I am both pleased and very impressed. I would recommend this product and company to everyone!

It took me a while to decide to buy the suit due to the cost of the product. But I finally gave in and I've never been so happy. I have worked out for years. After my child I was really struggling so I got a trainer and she really helped me understand my body and got me back into shape. But I never got the bulk that I wanted nor the strength. And believe me when I say I tried everything from heavy weights to a very specific protein diet. Within weeks of using the suit I noticed my biceps were bigger which is exactly what I wanted and I definitely noticed the strength. It kind of sneaks up on you. It's hard to wrap your brain around working out less when you're used to working out five days a week for an hour. On a completely different note, I had some issues with sizing. I spoke with a lovely associate and after working on some tips and tricks we figure it out. I have had to talk to customer service on a couple occasions and they are very polite and accommodating. But most importantly, they actually solve the problem or issue. I wish other companies would take note of that.

As an avid biohacker, I was so keen to invest in this product. Sounds like a dream come true. Effective workouts in minimal time! I didn't even care about the hefty price tag, especially when I saw they had touted numerous positive 5 star Trustpilot reviews. So it was to my utter disbelief that when I cross checked here (circa Nov 2023) I found no reviews whatsoever.

I wrote to Katalyst to ask for an explanation and the only one they had to offer was that they were building their own customer-based review platform. (Of which nobody wants, because we're all looking for third party unbiased reviews! )

There may be, there may not be a heap of science to back their product, but they have forsaken the simple yet powerful trait of integrity. As inviting as the fascade seems, just too big a price tag and too big a question mark for me to move forward with.

My experience with Katalyst has been amazing! I love how the suit gives you a complete workout in a short span of time. I also love how the pads balance out the muscles on all sides of the joint, especially the shoulders! The suit fires up not only the big muscles, but also the small ones that can get imbalanced by day to day habitual movements. In addition, the support staff at Katalyst is incredible, and stand behind their product 100%. I highly recommend Katalyst - it will be the best investment in your health!

I love this suit, as I've gotten older (now 54), an avid soccer player with an acl reconstruction a year ago this suit has allowed me to get back to training without the fear of re-injury. It's also hecka fun to fire it up and feel like a bad*#@. The prep time gets easier and faster as I get to know the best practices. The team at Katalyst is incredibly responsive and helpful. You don't want to wait like I did, it's the best investment you can make.
