What started as a frustrating experience with a company I’d been receiving ads from for months—maybe even years—turned into something much better thanks to Harvey. I finally decided to purchase one of their gym kit packages, but after my order was confirmed, I was notified that one of the items was sold out. Not only was I unable to get the item I wanted, but my order would also be delayed. That’s when Harvey, reached out to explain the situation and communicated with me throughout the day, addressing my concerns quickly and professionally. His help turned a disappointing situation into a positive experience.

Not only do these guys make an absolutely killer product that doesn’t just look great but feels great, they have phenomenal customer service. I realized quickly that I had ordered the wrong size on their new Memento Mori belt, and went into a full panic thinking there was no way I’d be able to change my size in time. Well I reached out via email and within a few hours Harvey had emailed me back saying that he had adjusted the order. Well, lo and behold I did in fact order the correct belt size the first time, and the panic quickly set back in. I emailed them again, and within a few hours Harvey had readjusted my order and was more than happy to help despite my neediness! These guys are awesome, their discord is active and the founders of the company are active in each of the channels showing support and love for each of their followers. It’s a rare thing to see but it’s always something special when you do see it! I’ll 100% be spending more with them!

I’ve been really happy with Katamu! Since using their gear, I’ve been able to lift heavier weights and push myself further in my workouts. Great Quality, shipping was great, and the whole experience has been great. Definitely buying from them again!

great service. i ordered wrong size, they spoke to me via email, fixed my order, got the divine wings white on black. this is Superb. better than invicta kuramu belts. they also added a wrist strap for the difference in price. highly reccomended

I’ve ordered 2 belts a little while ago and loved them,great quality, awesome core and back support, and just a amazing belt overall, so I ordered another 4 after overtime, but the first belt I ordered started to peel so I contacted them through discord and got in touch with Dominic cool dude and told him about it sent him a picture, next thing you know he says what size and I was confused at first but he said he wanted to send me a new belt for free, absolutely amazing customer service and great people/company overall if anyone has been hesitant about ordering anything trust me, every product is worth it and great quality I’ll definitely be buying more from them and, well possibly even get sponsored😂😂. I had some issues with my initial order. The team helped me get my order fixed very quickly and my problem was solved. They were very respectful and understanding with my concerns. Definitely worth investing your time and money. I look forward to using my new lever belt in the gym.

Really great customer service, I ordered the belt a size too big, and all I had to do was ship it back to them, and they already sent the new belt in my correct size before receiving the old one!!

The order itself is great, the overall quality is impressive, I definitely received what I paid for. I got unlucky that my package got taken in customs since I ordered from the US to France, but Katamu team helped me by paying half of the fees so I really thank them, they really take care of their customers 💪🏻

Customer service is great, quick email responses. Was able to get a new belt for exchange when I got the wrong size and they allowed me to change the design without any fees. Very lenient company and will work through your issues. Belt quality is also very good. Great company!

I’ve purchased and set but they didn’t have a specific design on a belt but offered a free shirt for the inconvenience and all I had to do was choose a different belt design. These guys are amazing and I love how they handle the situation.

First I want to say there costumer service is another level. I ordered the wrong size and simply had to email there return email and within a day they got back to be with step by step list of what I need to give them and they shipped my right size out the next 2 days. The fastest I have ever received an acknowledgment email let alone 4 days later they would ship out the right size. This company is really great and the belts are even better.
