Withdrawals not paid again.
I won £639 pounds from this site over 2 weeks ago. Payment STILL haven't been made to my account. I keep getting told that the responsible team are looking into the 3 transactions which are still showing as approved from their side. Nobody actually tells you what is going on, or how long it will take. I was promised by a customer service rep that all payments will clear after 5 business days, this is the 2nd time I've tried withdrawing this money. I first tried 3 weeks ago and the same thing happened. All I get from the customer service staff is please be patient. Name me 1 more casino site that you have to wait over 3 weeks for your winnings? There isn't one! I'm starting to think that they're ripping me off.
At first there was no issue, payments were prompt, service was good, and bonuses paid out quite regularly, but this has put me off this site. I first had an issue with verification. I had to pay for an id card as I didn't have an in date passport. I brought that, uploaded, and everything seemed sorted! Now, 3 weeks later, they're not paying my money. They haven't got a clue. When will your site pay me the money that is owed to me?
