Katchakid Reviews

Matt is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot and help me with ensuring my pool was clean and ready for the cover. I highly recommend Matt and Katchakid.

Love this company!! Everyone is knowledgeable and ready to take action. Cover went on today and I cant say enough good things about Matt! Awesome experience!

Matt was quick and so helpful in explaining how the pool cover goes on and off. Thank you!

We finally decided to get a cover this year and after doing our research, decided on Katchakid. The whole process has been smooth and seamless. Mat did an excellent job with our installation and instruction. It will be so nice to keep our pool free of leaves and debris this year, especially when we're out of town.

It was very easy to get a quote and schedule an installation with no high pressure selling. (I will decline services I want and go to someone else if I feel I am being pressured.) We had gotten the information many months ago but had other priorities at that time. When I contacted Dave so many months later, he got back to me quickly and got the ball rolling. The installer, Rogelio, was very nice, personable, efficient and informative on the use and care of the cover. Administrative staff is also very nice and easy to deal with.
All around great experience. Wish every company we deal with would be like Katchakid.

Only been here 4 months, spent several ours removing oak leaves from my pool, Had a leaf mesh cover installed, and it will save me hours and money this winter, ordering and install, top notch, give these guys a call...thanks Ron

Matt was punctual, professional, did an amazing job instructing us on the process of removing and replacing our net and cover and was very helpful answering the questions we had. His kind and positive attitude was very much appreciated.

The whole process was super easy.
Matt was great to deal with from scheduling the initial fit all the way to the installation.Matt gave me a demo and made sure I was comfortable with how to use the cover and how to care for it.No more leaves in my pool gives me more time to work on my race car Thanks again I Highly recommend!

I will try this for the third time. I would like to say Matt was a true perfectionist in the explaining the care and how toos for our new poolcove. I'm over the moon happy with our cover. I would recommend Matt and the cover to anyone who has a pool.

Katchkid was the only organization that responded to my inquiry promptly. In addition, working with Matt was great. He is professional and did a great job measuring and installing the pool cover. He also explained thoroughly the process to remove the cover. Cover looks awesome.
Also Charla and the Lewisville office personnel were great to work with.

Matt was great! Provided us with a lot of knowledge about our new cover.

Matt was great. We needed help this year to put on our 11 year old cover that by the way is still is great shape. He had to replace a couple extensions hooks but was done in less than hour time on a large pool. Much quicker than my husband & I doing it together and he made it look a lot easier!! Matt was early for the appt, very polite, kind and professional. Will gladly pay to have this done again next year. Thank you for a great job, Matt!!!!

Matt did an excellent job with the pool cover installation. He was friendly and professional. It’s going to save me so much time and work cleaning my pool during the winter months. I highly recommend getting a pool cover from Katchakid.

I am changing my original review because this company will not contact me after 2 phone calls and my cover is not working to keep leaves out of my pool which is why I got this cover. I’ve emailed as well. So disappointing to treat customers this way.

Matt did a great job installing the new pool cover and also showing me how to put it on and remove it. Excellent communication and people skills.

Matt was punctual, professional, and really took the time to help me be aware of how to operate the cover. He took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the process and even walked me through a couple of scenarios. I would highly recommend him and Katchakid for the quality of work and service.

The pool cover looks great! Katchakid has been easy to work with and their staff very friendly! Matt came to install our new cover and I was shown everything I need to know for removing and putting it back on. Thank you for making this experience a good one!

The crew that came out was very professional and explained in detail exactly what they were going to do. Matt came out today to install the pool cover and demonstrated the steps for installing and removing the pool cover. He even suggested that I record the steps on my cell phone in the event I needed it for assistance. Thanks for your work Matt.

We had gotten a pool cover last year, liked it so much we had a pool fence installed this year. The company, the products they sell, and the people installing their products are all the best we have dealt with in AZ. And they stand behind their products with a great warranty. Support is amazing. After a year the pool cover was getting a little tight for me to put on. They came out, installed longer hooks, problem solved in 5 minutes. No charge, no questions, just listened to my problem and fixed it. In my experience that is rare. If you need a pool cover and/or fence this is a company you should seriously consider.

The entire process from quote to install was easy and quick. Santos was extremely professional throughout the install and took time to answer our questions and show us how to operate our net and cover. The peace of mind knowing our pool is safe is worth it.
