Top quality customer service from beginning to end. Sales rep was knowledgeable and helped me choose exactly what I needed for our new pool. Rogelio, our installer, was quick, efficient, tidy and professional. He taught me how to remove and install the net easily. The install looks beautiful - you see the pool instead of the net! This cost so much less than a fence or pool cover and it looks SO much better in our yard!

From our first meeting with our Rep., Dave Sims, to our first appointment for measurements for a pool debris cover, to installation, our experience with Katchakid has been great. Rogelio, our installer, explained the measurement & installation process and answered all our questions. We just had the cover installed 8/17/26 so we're just getting used to it and hope that it will perform as expected.

We recently got our new Katchaleaf pool cover. From the first visit to the completion of the installation, everyone was friendly, helpful, thorough in their design, manufacturing and installation. Everyone kept us informed so we knew what to expect. All-in-all it was a very pleasurable experience and they have a superior product.

When I first contacted Katchakid, I spoke with Mason. He texted me photos of previous projects and explained everything in detail. Communication was really good. Carlos did the installation. He was very meticulous and did beautiful work. He demonstrated how to install and remove the leaf cover when he finished making it on sight. All around great experience and great product.

Matt was awesome! Showed up at the crack of dawn and busted his butt all day long. The process of the custom built cover was fascinating. Gave us an in depth demo and I feel like I fully understand what seemed like an extremely complicated system initially. Thanks my man!!!
