Katchakid Reviews

I would highly recommend KatchAKid. I purchased the pool cover because of the many trees surrounding my pool.
My installer was Santos and he did a fabulous job. In the quoting process I was made aware of any problems that may occur and I had no surprises. All went fine without a hitch. I love the color blue and how lightweight the cover is. Santos explained and showed my how easy it is to latch and unlatch if and when I want to use the hot tub. I'm looking forward to a stress free Fall and Winter in not having to deal with the constant leaves clogging the skimmers, not to mention the unsightly leaves at the bottom of the pool. When I look out my window I have to do a double take- the bright blue looks like pool water.
Very happy with this company.

Starting with the estimate to installation everyone was very professional. This process was so easy. Andrew and Colton were both very courteous and professional on the day of install. I would highly recommend this product and company. Our cover looks beautiful and is going to save us so much energy this Fall and early spring!

We are beyond satisfied with the debris cover. The installer, Carlos, was amazing. I can’t believe he was able to make the cover in my driveway in just a few hours and have it fit perfectly. Truly amazing.

Updated us throughout the entire process; delivered and installed as expected. Andrew did a great job explaining how to put the cover on take it off and store it. Excellent experience throughout the process.

Andrew did great work, and our pool cover looks really good!

Very pleased with my new cover. Product was exactly as advertised. Colton did an excellent job installing cover and explaining to me the removal/reinstallation process.

Colton did an awesome job installing and going over instructions for our new pool cover. He was very informative and gave us great insights. Thanks!

Colton did a great job for us. The leaf cover is going to add years on to the end of my life -- no more worrying about weather or not we can leave for the weekend because the trees are dumping their leaves.

Santos did a fabulous job. He was very courteous and professional. Our Katchakid Leaf Debris Cover looks great. Thank you, Santos.

Santos did a fantastic job! Thoroughly impressed with his work! He was on time and very professional! We are so excited about our pool net and cover- gives us peace of mind with our 2 year old. He did a great job explaining to us how to properly install and uninstall the net and cover. Highly highly highly recommend!

We had Katchakid, come out to install a safety fence around our pool.
They were on time, fast and efficient.
The fence looked great when finished and they left my backyard and pool deck clean.
The sales person and process was also a breeze!
I also have a pool cover supplied and installed by Katchakid.
I highly recommend this company!

Great job! Cost was less than half of what my builder was going to charge. I have to say this was one of the most pleasant services I had, since I moved into my New Home. Mr Chris was so precise on explaining how to use and take care of the Katchakid net and cover. Lavandis and Mike did a fantastic job installing our new safety net. They were also very helpful explaining every aspect of the net and how easy it is to remove and install.

Our Katchakid pool cover is awesome! We purchased it to keep the leaves out of our pool. Who knew it would help to keep the tree out of the pool? During the 80 mph winds, one of our large trees broke and fell over onto the pool cover. The Katchakid pool cover did not get one tear in it! It is very durable. The service/installer was also very professional! We highly recommend Katchakid!

Install went great! Attention to detail was more than I expected. Technician Santos was polite, informative and his work ethic was very much appreciated. Its rare to get this level of service anymore. He explained every aspect of removing and reinstalling the cover etc. I have a brother in law now that wants one here in Ganado thank to my install and Santos detail. A+

I have to say this was one of the most pleasant services I had, since I moved into my New Home. Mr Chris was so precise on explaining how to use and take care of the Katchakid net and cover. Even then the net looked crazy to install, he made it so simple for us to do. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family who need a net and/or cover. I am confident that my kids are safe with the installment that was made. THANKS MR CHRIS!!

Santos and Dre came out and did our leaf cover. Very professional, showed up on time and did a great job of expressing the process. Once finished they explained how to maintain, removal and storage! Excellent job!

Lavandis, Eric and Mike did a fantastic job setting up my pool cover and explaining how to put it on and take it off Thank you, Katchakid

Lavansis, Eric, and Mike were on time and explained everything to me and my husband. The debris cover will save our pool from all the deciduous and palm trees our neighbors have.

Great experience from beginning to end with the staff. Lavandis and Eric were professional, did a great job on the install and illustrating how to take the cover off and on. Great guys!

Erik and the other two installers all did an excellent job. Answered all my questions and showed me how to take the cover off and put it back on. Excellent follow-up. Great product and great customer service!
