Katchakid was always very responsive which was a far better experience than dealing with other fence companies. Andrew, the installer, is a rock star at his job. He let us know when he was a half hour away, went right to work after reviewing the layout, and worked until dark to get everything done in one day. The job had a lot of custom section sizes, which made it much harder, and it turned out great.
