Katchakid Reviews

Erik and the other two installers all did an excellent job. Answered all my questions and showed me how to take the cover off and put it back on. Excellent follow-up. Great product and great customer service!

The company is very responsive, good customer communication. The product is outstanding. Santos did a spectacular job making onsite a cover for a figure 8 in-ground pool with a spa on the shallow end. No other company would even bid on this job. Santos also was fast, very informative on usage, and left nothing behind. Great job!

I had a pool covering made and installed by katchakid. The workmanship was great. The installer, Santos, was very professional, kind, polite and efficient. He made and installed the pool cover in less than 3 hours, and all is perfect. I highly recommend this company

Glad I chose this company, they are awesome! We are very happy with our net and debris cover. From the first inquiry to the completed job the customer service was top notch. Eric came out yesterday to install the debris cover, what a polite young man. I would definitely recommend this company.

The pool cover was delivered within the timeframe promised. Mike was courteous, efficient and thorough with instructions. I especially appreciated the offer of help at just a phone call away. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

A net/cover combo like this has been a gift. It's keeping our 3 kids safe and keeping our pool clean! Many thanks to the great people who came out to help us. Efren and Gloria did a phenomenal job with the net installation and Rogelio and Matias did an amazing job with the cover. They all made sure we understood how to use the net and cover properly and I am forever grateful. Thank you again!

Thus far am quite pleased with my leaf catching cover. Hopefully it will hold up over time with all of the UV radiation.

Special kudos to Chris, our installer. He did a great job installing, and was very helpful with instructions on how to use (install and remove). Thanks Chris.

We had a Katchakid mesh leaf cover installed recently (8/29/22). Our pool is free form and I had no idea how they would make it fit. The installer (Santos) was awesome - fast, informative, and made it fit like a glove! We are very pleased and the deep emerald green cover looks great on our pool.

The pool cover has a uniquely thoughtful design and easy to operate in terms of removing and putting it back on partially or completely. Mike was the installer of this job and he was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and demonstrated all the features of the pool cover and how to use it. I love the blue color and it resembles real pool water under the bright Phoenix sun. I think this cover actually enhanced the overall appearance of my backyard.

Santos was on time and very professional while on my property and was very helpful explaining the install and removal of the pool cover. I have already referred 4 or 5 of my friends to contact Mason for a quote. Thank you

Lavandis, Eric and Mike were simply great. This is my second product from Katchakid and the products are great but the installers help make it that way. These guys went the extra mile to make sure I knew how to work with the cover (and net the time before) and show me tricks for subsequent removal / install. They are polite, professional and efficient. Thank You!

Our installer Carlos did an excellent job on the installation of our Katchakid safety net. After the installation process he took the necessary time to cover the actual installation and removal of the net in great detail. Excellent job! We are pleased with the outcome.

Very professional. On time. I’m satisfied with pool cover. I would use them again and I give my recommendation to anyone looking for a pool cover.

Dre and Santos did an excellent job. The questions I asked during the installation were answered in a professional manner with a detailed description to each question. Trash was picked up and bagged throughout the project. My wife and I were given instructions on how to operate the pool cover in a safe manner. I would recommend Katchakid to anyone.

Once again Rogelio came through with top notch service installing my cover. I forgot to mention how helpful Kyeema was, you can’t ask for better service from the people who work for Katchakid. I recommend them to everyone I know with a pool. My wife now has that peace of mind regarding the impending first grandchild and my grand niece and nephew.

I love my new pool cover! Kevin did a great job! Excellent service and very professional.

Lavandis and Mike did a great job showing us the installation, care, and maintenance of the debris cover.

Rogelio installed the cover, last week another gentleman installed the net. Both arrived early, 10 minutes before 8 am. Both we very polite and explained everything they were doing. Both installers did a great job. I am very satisfied with the net and cover. The main reason I got the cover was to save water from evaporation. I am hoping to save 75% of water evaporation.

Communicated well throughout the process, confirmed appoints several days in advance, and showed up when they said they would. We had their KatchaKid product and added the pool cover to help with evaporation and to keep the blowing leaves and dust out of the pool. Looks great, easy on and off.

I am overall very satisfied. There were some "bumps in the road" with my scheduled appointments, but they compensated me for my troubles. I think the debris cover is very well-made and looks great. I just got it, so can't comment on long term use. The cover dips into the pool water, but I am waiting to receive floats to place under the cover to rectify this issue. The installers, Mike and Lavandis (Sp?), were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Vivian was very considerate and helpful during the process. I had some minor communication problems with the salesperson, Jennifer, but eventually became clear on the process.
