Very disappointed in the dishonesty
We have a 3 tier pond that we had quoted to be covered and even submitted a diagram, they quoted us for 2 different sized nets that would cover all bodies of water in the diagram and then some.
The install of the two bottom ponds was great and looks amazing but the installer said he was unable to finish the top pond due to the terrain.
They then said they fully completed the contracted work and never said they could cover the whole thing even though they led me to believe the whole diagram would be covered prior to hiring them.
I have two children 2 & 3 and I was hoping to have some peace of mind after paying $2800 for the install that took months later than they said it would. After various emails they just kept assuring me the job was completed and that they never quoted me for the part that they never finished (which was in the diagram I submitted). I now have to figure out how to complete the job that I payed them for. Very dissapointed.

Katchakid pool cover
Rogelio and Matias were our pool cover installers and they were great. Efficient, clear and clean. Product seems designed well and durable although I've just gotten it installed so time will tell. Very minimal, clean installation for the pool cover connection hardware and includes a custom storage reel and latching tool.

Extremely Pleased with my Net & Cover
From start to finish, I was impressed with the knowledge and workmanship of everyone, from Jennifer, in sales, who tolerated my back & forth between a net and fence, to Lavandas and Mike, the installers. They explained things very well and demonstrated all the workings for both my net and pool cover. I fully endorse KatchaKid to anyone looking into pool safety.
