First the install went very smooth. I'm over the moon happy with my choice. Matt the installer was fantastic and very professional in his installation and instructions.

Chris, the individual who did the work installing the gate and fence, sealed the deal with my wife & me. I now will highly recommend Katch a Kid to my friends. The quality of the fence material and hardware is outstanding and Chris delivered a high quality workmanship that makes it even better. Chris is a very kind, authentic & warm individual. As an example when Jill & I had a concern about the color of the mesh fence to be installed he immediately helped address our concern. It was a misunderstanding on my part. He provided keen insight as to how best to place an anchoring fence post in a tight corner of our house involving chimney, a window & the house siding. Chris’s 35 years of experience is a tremendous asset for Katch a Kid. Nothing beats having extensive field experience with this product and more importantly his high character qualities Chris has dealing with customers face to face. Anyone who deals with customers, especially face to face, knows what I’m talking about. I give a big thumbs up to Katch a Kid, Mason and especially Chris. Thank you

The Katchakid process from the first phone call to follow up after install has been extremely smooth and positive. The pool net is exactly what a Gradma’s house needed, allowing some safety but not obstructing the function of my backyard 24-7.

Katchkid was the only organization that responded to my inquiry promptly. In addition, working with Matt was great. He is professional and did a great job measuring and installing the pool cover. He also explained thoroughly the process to remove the cover. Cover looks awesome.
Also Charla and the Lewisville office personnel were great to work with.

My Katchakid net installation was just completed. Chris and Fabian did an outstanding job of putting it together and explaining how it goes on and comes off. Matt was great. We needed help this year to put on our 11 year old cover that by the way is still is great shape. He had to replace a couple extensions hooks but was done in less than hour time on a large pool. Much quicker than my husband & I doing it together and he made it look a lot easier!! Matt was early for the appt, very polite, kind and professional. Will gladly pay to have this done again next year. Thank you for a great job, Matt!!!!

I was worried about my grandchildren and their friends around my pond, yet I know this will not be forever, as they get older. I loved the idea of being able to remove the net so easily. Now when the grandchildren are over I can use it, but when it's only adults we can enjoy the pond without the net. Perfect solution.
Rogelio came and installed the net and explained how to use it. He was professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the look and the safety aspect. My pond is beautiful and safe now for all ages to enjoy! Thank you Katchakid and Rogelio!

I'm new to pool ownership and want to know that my grandchildren would be safe in this environment--Mason was patient and knowledgable and helped guide me to my decision to install a Pool Net. Chris, Fabian and Carlos arrived promptly on installation day, worked steadily, answered questions with a smile, demonstrated removal and reattachment of the net and assured me that I would be able to do this as well. My pool is a lap pool so it's longer than most and a bit more complicated but I'm at peace knowing with the net in place all children will be safe... Katchakid's main goal. Thank you each one for your excellent customer service and professionalism. I couldn't be happier! 💯

The installer Rogelio made it simple on how to put on and takeoff. I had it on on Halloween and I felt very safe with all the little kiddos running around. Such great peace of mind and it only takes my husband and I 10 minutes to remove and maybe 10 minutes to put on well worth it!
